Homecoming
This year was my first year going to homecoming, and just so happened to be the place I met my girlfriend now. I don't remember much from the night because it was so long ago, but the one thing I remember was dancing with her bestfriend and looking at her dance with another guy, but before the night was over I some how managed to get her to dance with me, and it all started from there. -
Hog Hunt
You may not, as manyu others may not know that hunting is in my blood, I've been going since my PawPaw gave me my first gun when I turned 8. It's a family tradition that he started with me, and I've yet to look back and regret a single time I missed out on something to be in the woods with him. You can learn so much from hunting and it's peaceful to say the least. This was one weekend I was going to go coyote hunting, but instead we ended up with this 200 pound beast. -
Georgia Tech
This year my 4X400 team, 4X100, and distance medley relay teams qualified to run at Georgia Tech in the Coaches Invitational. Only the best teams in the southeast are invited, and very few qualify, but we made it and didn't do nearly as bad as we had expected racing against kids from down south and out west. -
Junior Prom
My first prom went well, I didn't know what to expect because I had never been before, and I was in for a surprise, pictures was probably my favorite part of prom this year because I not only got to get dressed up for them and be all fancy like, I also got to be goofy and had a good time with everyone that entire night from pictures to the dance. -
Snow week
So, there's no school this week because it kinda snowed for something like two days heavily. It was a great time, not only did me and all my friends get to go out build big ass snowmen and have huge fights, sleding down hills, and at the end of the day got to head in side and have some hot chocolate and watch a movie by a fire with my girlfriend. -
Senior Prom
This years prom would be my second, and I just so happened to be lucky rnough to take the same girl twice, I had one of the best most memorable nights of my life that night, and wouldn't change it even the slightest bit. -
Region
This year would be my last year running region in track, as much as I talked about hating track, I will miss it, I made so many friends and took in one of my best friends when he started running as a freshman. I went out with a bang, running my best times in all of my evenbts, even though I didn't make it out of region, I still had the best time of my life running and making new friendships.
