In 1999 and the early 200's I became more interested in gaming. My first gaming experience was with the Nintendo NES. Shortly followed by the Play Station gaming system that evolved drastically overtime.

For Christmas, I received my first brand new gaming system, the handheld Nintendo DS that had been recently launched.

I received my first computer for Christmas, it was one of my mother's old ones- she had upgraded to a newer model. I believe her new one at the time was a Gateway Computer. It connected to the Dial-up internet.

My mother handed me down her old Tracfone. This was my first cell phone. I recall having to upload minutes, and running out often. Texting did not really exist for me until years later. Let's not forget the "Call me after 9 pm when it's free" speech.

Another hand me down, my mother passed her old laptop down to me! I enjoyed playing online games!

I finally had my first operating cell phone and used to text! I still did not access the internet though. It was a Motorola Razr brand. We had color options as well as case options. This was pivotal because I was a young teenager and many of my friends had their own cell phones.

I received my first Ipad by winning a drawing I was added to for being one of the first to register for my college classes. I now use this same I pad Mini in my classroom!

I purchased my first new MacBook.

My first teaching job! We began teaching blended! Some students were completely distanced, and the rest attended two days at separate intervals. I learned to utilize Google Classroom and MANY other online resources!
