    Of all the people that tried out for the 2015 Honor Band for trombone, quite a few, I placed first chair. It was unexpected and I had an awesome time.

    My dad helped me choose my high school. He showed me my options and inputted his opinion, leaving me to decide.

    I had to chose between SECTA and Foothill. I am happy with my decision.

    My family helped me prepare for high school.

    I was in a class everyone was struggling. I didn't want to sink with the ship though so I talked to the teacher and overall saved my and many others' grades in the class.

    I took my friend's advice and went with it but it didn't work. I learned from it though.

    Throughout this year I have dealt with any and every problem I've had on my own. It feels weird to be somewhat independent.
