While holding my new baby sister Sydni I dropped her on the hard floor, thank goodness she was okay but I got in a lot of trouble and wasn’t allowed to hold her for a while.

In July of 2012 my grandparents took me, my sisters, Sofia and Sydni, my parents, my aunt and my cousin Amani to disney world. For my sisters and I it was our first time. In this picture we're eating breakfast when Minnie comes to join us!

While in Disney I went to go look at something and ended up losing my family, after 10 minutes I found them and learned to never walk away from them again.

I did cross country in middle school and I was never one of those kids who got a medal or a ribbon and I saw myself as a failure but one day I was determined and I finally got a ribbon.

My cousin Amani and I have been close ever since we were little and here is when we had a farewell party for her as she goes off to college in Pennsylvania. I was sad that she was going to be far but happy that she was going to learn about something she's passionate about.

The day before this picture my family and I found out my sister Sofia (left) was sick. As soon as I found out about Sofia I worried I would lose her and felt really guilty for being mean to her at times.

In February of 2018 my sister Sofia suffered a stroke, seizure and a brain bleed, I was so scared that I was going to lose not only my sister but my best friend but thankfully a miracle happened and she pulled through.
