First Brother Born

My brother Justin was born on this day. After this day, I finally had someone to harass my mom and dad with. If I'm being honest, I got a new best friend.

Second Brother Born

Jul 15, 1998

This time was a bit of a surprise. After this day, Justin and I had a third amigo (or my mom and dad might say third stooge). This devil child has pushed me to my limits a lot, but I am glad I was able to gain another best friend.

Shamu

I went to Sea World in Orlando. I do not remember much of the trip, but Shamu was one of the few things I did remember. This began my love for science and animals.

Grandmother Passes Away

My grandma Annah Darlene (Richards) Lyons passed away of Pancreatic Cancer late afternoon on that Tuesday. This was a tough loss for me, because she was one of my very best friends. We shared many things, especially our love for the Golden Girls, Murder, She Wrote, and pie.

Mourning's Over

This event in my life is just a basketball game. I was only a freshman in high school at the time. It is a week after my grandma had passed away and three days after she was laid to rest. I decided to play in this game, even though this would have been the first sporting event my grandma had not been there to watch. This began the healing process for me.

Pay Attention

I am in my first automobile accident. This accident was nothing serious, just a "fender bender". This event helped me to be sure to keep better watch of other drivers on the road.

Perfect Season

Later on that evening, my teammates and I had the opportunity to complete a perfect season in football. We did accomplish this goal, and it also was the last time I played football on our home stadium. I made a lot of memories on that turf, that will guide me through the rest of my life.

First Collegiate Game

This was the first game I got to dress at Wittenberg. It was so exciting and an accomplishment that I had made it this far. This showed me how hard work can pay off.

Wittenberg Foootball Career Over

The end of my football career (aka my glory days). We won the game and I walked off into the sunset. Finishing my college football career had always been my goal, a dream, and after this day I had accomplished it. My time playing football here has shaped me into the person that I hope to become.
