I vaguely remember sitting in the dome watching our football team play for the state championship. This inspired me and made me want to work really hard to eventually get there one day.

My first all-star tourney shaped me and helped me learn how to compete. It also taught me how much I love the sport of baseball and sports in general.

Apple released the first iphone. The iphone is still important to many people today and has affected many people.

Barack Obama won the election and eventually became president instead of John McCain. This was a change that affected our entire country.

My age became double digits for the first time. I was slowly but surely growing up. I was also in 3rd grade, meaning our hallway in the elementary school was on the other side of the school.

We found Osama Bin Laden who was the secrecy behind 9/11. It was a major event for our country finally knowing we got him.

Our schools formed to become Southridge. I made many new friends that had gone to Holland, and some of them are still some of my closest friends today.

I officially became a teenager on this day. I was growing up and becoming more mature. This is the age where I really grew up and started having more responsibility.

I accepted Jesus Christ into my life during a confirmation class at my church. That moment changed my life, and I have had a new perspective of life ever since. I have been a firm believer since then.

This was the coolest thing to be a part of. I realized how big of a deal winning sectional was and how awesome it felt. It was Bryce's junior year, and I was so happy he got to be a part of that.

I got my first iphone which made it much easier for me to communicate with my friends and parents. I was able to do a lot of things on my iphone like play games, get on social media, and text my buddies.

Snapchat was one of the first social media apps that I used. I still use it a lot today, and is a main form of communication to many people around my age.

I started what was set out to be an unforgettable 4 years of high school. I have exceeded expectations, and it has been an amazing ride.

Elli Schank took me to prom my freshman year. I had always wondered what prom was like and I was really happy I got to experience it as a freshman.

Bryce graduated high school. It was very sad seeing him graduate knowing that the next school year he would be headed off to live on his own. I loved that class and those guys and had always looked up to them.

I had officially started growing into a young man. I had more freedom and more important decisions to make.

I got my driver's license my sophomore year. This really gave me the freedom to do what I want and also made me learn what gas money is. It was a lot of fun being able to drive all my buddies around.

I turned 18 during my senior year. This was important because I officially became an adult. I am the legal age to vote and many other laws that are granted to 18 year olds.

I met my girlfriend, Addison Stailey for the first time. We went on a date to A pumpkin patch, and later went back to her house to carve them. I care a lot about her and she has changed me for the better.

Our football team brought the state championship back to Huntingburg. This was the happiest day of my life because it was exactly what I had always wanted and worked for. My dreams came true, and I am so thankful that this event happened to me.
