On May 30,1999 I was born in mesa, AZ at 5:30 a.m.
-
My parents wanted me to start school at 4 so I was enrolled in Tri City Christian Academy for their pre kindergarten class.
-
After a year of looking at houses all over the valley we decided to move into a house where I would meet some of my closest friends.
-
My family who had lived in New York previously moved into an apartment 15 minutes away from our house.
-
I had always wanted to play competitive golf, and I got my first chance by representing Bear Creek Golf Course in the Cliff Whittle Cup.
-
With Tri City being so far away, the drive got to be too long. So we decided to move me to a new school (Gilbert Christian).
-
Switching schools is tough, but when you meet your best friend at the new school life becomes a little easier. I met Caleb the first day of school, but we became really good buddies when we began soccer season.
-
I had always dreamed of playing college golf, but I never knew what it took to get there. Caston Roberts was my Dad's best player on Gilbert Christian's golf team. His junior year he finished second in the state championship, and I made it a goal of mine to win a state championship while I was in high school.
-
After going to Gilbert Christian for 2 years the tuition was getting very expansive and my parents decided to send my to Greenfield Junior High School. It was my first time in a public school, but I got to meet some really cool kids.
-
My favorite teacher, Coach Schoe, was diagnosed with cancer. I could not believe the doctor gave him 2 weeks to live. By unstoppable faith he is still living today.
-
I had heard of The Masters college from a friend, so I sent an email to the golf coach. He got right back to me. We established a great relationship not only through golf but through faith.
-
I had always wanted to be part of a golf team, and freshman year I was one of 10 kids on the varsity golf team.
-
After a grueling season our team persevered and won the state championship. I anchored the team and finished 5th in the tournament.
-
I was picked to be 1 of 20 kids to make an all state team.
-
After a successful season over the summer of 2016 I contacted many schools. One of them contacted me back, Lubbock Christian University.
-
After talking to the coach for a couple of weeks, we were invited to come visit the campus. When we were their I was offered a scholarship to play golf for LCU.
-
After receiving other offers I decided to commit to play for LCU.
-
After playing well in June I qualified to represent Arizona with 3 other guys in Oregon. During the tournament I made my first ever hole in one and had the best time in any tournament.
