The day I was born, was on August 31, 2004, a Tuesday at 8:43 pm. I, Makenzie, was born prematurely, at 24 weeks old, with my twin sister, Madyson, she was born at 8:47 pm that same night. But sadly, she passed away on November 17, 2004, due to cloudy lungs and difficulty breathing. We both had had the same surgeries, because we were twins and we were identical. Sadly, I never got the chance to see her, because we were in incubators and in separate rooms.

The day I came home, was on December 20, 2004, due to how early I was, I had to be monitored for a very long time, and had to have multiple surgeries done. Some of the surgeries I've had are, on my stomach, due to a hole in my intestines; on my head, because I was born deaf, so I had to get a Cochlear Hearing Implant magnet put in my head; on my eyes, again due to being born early I was born with poor vision; and a few more. When I came home, I was with oxygen, due to low oxygen levels.

My second sister, Devyn, was born on September 10, 2007, and when I went to see my mom and her in the hospital, I was only 3 years old at the time, I said to my mom, "Put her back!", keep in mind I was only 3. I enjoyed being an only child lol. Now we are pretty close, and I share all of my good, funny, and bad moments with her and I love it so much! Sometimes I don't regret saying 'put her back' at 3 years old, but other times I do. Sorry Devyn, I love you so much!!!

On August 20, 2010, my aunt and I went to a CD shop, and purchased, Taylor Swift's debut album, and her Fearless album, which is Taylor's second album. I listened to both of these CD's non-stop, and I loved every song on both albums. My aunt has also, practically every single Taylor Swift album, merchandise, & posters that I own, because that's how much we love Taylor!!! On August 20, 2010, is when my love for Taylor started, and I will never forget you Taylor!!! I am a Swiftie for life!!!

Since the day I became a Swiftie to infinity, Taylor's music has helped me through everything, and I thank her for that! I am not the only one her music took a toll on, it helped my fellow Swifities as well! Taylor has released music that has a HUGE impact on my life, and I can relate to almost every single one of her songs, just because she cares about her fans, and who she supports! I love you Taylor, thank you for helping me through everything!!!!!!!!!!!!! 13 is Taylor's lucky and mine is 31!

My friends in grade school, and in high school have been very supportive of me, and I love them for that! With all that I've been through I know what the difference between good friends and bad friends, so I always chose wisely. I have learned to accept if I've chosen wrong with friends and moved on, but sometimes it wasn't that easy. I would have to say bye, or tell them to try harder. I have always forgiven my friends, but now I'm going to have to learn who I forgive and who I don't.

On August 31, 2012, my aunt surprised me with my very first guitar, a Baby Taylor, Taylor Swift Style obvi! I was 8 years old, and I started guitar lessons a few weeks after I got the guitar!!! Taylor sadly did't sign it, but I wish she did! Maybe later in life! Once I opened the guitar case, I literally started crying tears of joy, because I was so excited! I've played so many songs on that guitar it's crazy, and I still have that guitar today, but I hope to get a bigger Taylor guitar!!!!!

My third sister, Paityn, was born on February 15, 2013, and Devyn and I stayed at my dad's parents house, while my mom and dad went to the hospital to give birth to Paityn. While Devyn and I were at our grandparents house on February 14, we were so exctied to stay there, but to also see our little sister the next day! When we went to the hospital on Feb. 15, I didn't want to hold Paityn, because I was scared, but Devyn did. When we had to leave the hospital, Devyn got emotional and so did I. <3

On August 31, 2014, was my 10th birthday, and we went all out for me, because no one was sure if I'd make it to 10 years old! My parents rented a pink limo for me, I had no idea, because my favorite color is pink, and we (meaning us girls) went to a nail and hair salon and got our nails and hair and makeup done, but just me and Devyn got it done. Then, we (as a family) went to Bennyhana for dinner, and it was so good, I felt so spoiled but I loved it! My party was Taylor Swift, so I dressed up!

~On October 15, 2014, I got my very first set off braces, and I could only eat mashed potatoes and mac & cheese for like a week and a half straight, because of the pain. I had braces for 4 years, and that was my choice, and I wanted straight teeth, now I have straight teeth! On June 19, 2019, I got my braces off for good! I was so excited, I couldn't sleep the night before, knowing that I wouldn't have anything metal in my mouth ever again! My mom took me to my appointment and I walked back!!!!~

On Christmas of 2014, me and Devyn, found out that we were going to the 1989 Taylor Swift concert, with balloons in boxes. One box for each number, 1 9 8 9, Taylor Swift's album name, with clues tied to each string as to what we were going to be doing, May 2015. The least balloon, 9, said that we were going to the Taylor Swift 1989 concert, as I read that balloon, I literally flipped out! I was so excited, I started crying, hehe. I couldn't wait, and wished it was May right then and there.

On this trip to Disney World we had our whole family, Mom & Dad, me, and my sisters Devyn & Paityn. This was a fun trip, because we went on Prince Charming's Magical Carousal, the Teacups, & lots more. This is a trip I will never forget! I was 10 years old, Devyn was 7 years old, and Paityn was 2 years old, we went on easy rides because we were all still so young and too short to go on some of the rides, but we did go on a lot Devyn, my dad, and I rode rides, while my mom and Paityn stayed back.

On May 30, 2015, was one of the best days of my life, because I would get to see my idol for the first time in real life! Taylor Alison Swift!!! She's been my idol ever since as well. The day of the concert I was so excited, we took a limo to Ford Field Stadium, to go see Taylor!!! I was only 10 years old at the time, but the doesn't matter as long as I got to see Taylor! I went with my mom, my aunt, and Devyn, my aunt and I were the big Swifties in the limo! Swities is Taylor's fandom name.

So me being, 13 years old at the time, I knew about the concert because of the internet, hehe. So it wasn't really a surprise, but I was still super excited! So my aunt and I were literally going crazy about this concert, we were planning outfits, watching the Look What You Made Me Do music video over 1,000 times before the concert, to try and get the best tickets possible to see Taylor, we hoped we would get to meet her in the REP ROOM, but sadly we didn't get to. We will keep trying though.

On August 28, 2018, was again one of the best days of my life! I got to see Taylor AGAIN! I went my my mom, my aunt, and Devyn, again. This time it was a different album, but still so cool! The stage set up was AMAZING and Taylor's voice sounded even better, and her voice is just going to keep growing! Seeing Taylor again, was just so surreal, sadly we did not take a limo this time, hehe. But I still love every single second with Taylor I got!!!

On June 8, 2019, was the last day my ex-best friend and I talked, I haven't spoken to her since, and I am glad. She was a jerk to me, and told me that I was the reason our friendship fell apart, and I was like yea no! This was the end of our 8th grade year, and in the middle of the school year, I had a feeling that this wasn't going to work out, just because I was losing so many of my other friends. I absolutely hate her for this and never want to experience it ever again!!! Bye Bye Paige! ;)

On August 23, 2019, Taylor's 7TH ALBUM LOVER releases!!! I was so excited and so was my aunt, I couldn't wait and couldn't sleep the night before it released! So on this day, I woke up at 7:30 am, woke up my mom, and told her we have to go to Target and get the album journals, which I now have all 4 of them lol, we were pretty much the first ones at Target. We went up to the register, and I said we were pretty much the first ones here, and the lady said yes, you are!

These dates are my freshman year of high school, I haven't reached the last day of school yet, but today is March 21, 2020, so we are almost there! I have experienced so much in the nine months of being at a new school, where I knew practically no one, and I pretty much started from scratch with making friends and that kind of thing. I joined the cheer team, and that was the best decision I ever made!!! I love all of the amazing memories I have made, and will cherish them forever!!!!!

Now, I am still in love with Taylor Swift, and I am soon going to be finishing my freshman year of high school! I have made so many friends while being in high school, I even joined the Cheer & Dance Team at my school for basketball season, next school year I hope to to football season cheer as well. Who knows what the future holds for me! I hope it's AMAZING!!!!!!! My life may seem hard and difficult, but I've managed to make it 15+ years, and God is just getting started!

~For my Sweet 16, I hope I get my dream car, a JEEP MOAB WRANGLER, WHITE, FOUR-DOOR, AND HARD TOP!!! I absolutely adore this car, and now with the stupid coronavirus, I don't even know if I'm going to get a car. Right now, I'm just hoping that I get a car! ;) I love that I've made it 16 years of my life, after what happened in 2004, no one knew if I'd make it this long, but I have, and I thank God for every loving moment I've had! Thank you, Jesus!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love my family for everything!<3~
