Coincidental Birth

Dog Tackle
When I was little, I would go to my grandmother's apartment. Her neighbor downstairs owned a large, bulky dog with blak hair, or fur. I can't tell the difference. This dog chased me, and takled me on concrete... THREE TIMES... Not on the same day, of course. -
First Dog
My mom got me a dog...Only because he was on sale. We named him "Hershey," he is a Peekapoo, which is a Pekingese and Poodle mix. -
Barack Obama Takes Office
My mother was very excited when Barack Obama was elected to be President of The United States, she, and many, many other people thought it was magnificent that someone with African ancestory ran for President, and my mother made a huge deal out of it because it was at the time. -
Video Games?
I wasn't really into video games until I was 11, I had no idea what the point of them was. I knew they were games, to have fun, but I thought that I could gain nothing from playing them. After being forced to play Mario Kart Wii, all of that changed. -
Dog Bite
Sometime in June, I was playing with my dog, and he bit me in the face. specifically, my lip. He bit a hole straight through my lip. Honestly, getting it stitched up hurt more than the atual bite. Since the mouth is a very sensitive part of the body. Hershey (the dog) was quarentined for about a month and a half. -
Sandy Hook Shooting
The Sandy Hook Shooting was devastating. I did not directly affect my family at all, it was the shock that this occured at an elementary school. More than 20 children were fataly shot and few adults were injured. After this had happened, my mother always asks me if everything was okay at at school, as in: my safety. -
President of Nintendo Dies
A legened in the gaming industry, Satoru Iwata, one of the greatest people in the gaming industry passed on this day. He made MANY sacrifices as Nintendo's president for 13 years, including cutting his own paycheck just so no one would get fired. The last game with his name credited is Splatoon, which launched Summer 2015. He has seen Nintendo's greatest years (Wii, DS) as well as their worst (Wii U, Nintendo Gamecube).
