My Birthday
I was brought into this world on Jul 29, 2005 at West Suburban Hospital in Oak Park. -
The Passing of my Uncle
I was only 3 years old when I lost my uncle, he was only 16 and of course I don't remember basically anything about him but from what I am told about the bond I had with him and how he was with others is more than enough. It was heartbreaking for everybody, everyone loved him. -
First Family Vacation
The first time my family and I went on a vacation was on Jul 17,2010 to Florida. I remember being excited, probably more excited than anyone else, it was also our first road trip as a family. -
Transferring schools
The first ever school I went to was Shubert but the school only went up to 5th grade and my mom didn't want my sister and I going to different school at such a young age. So unfortunately it was my sisters last year there because she was a 5th grader and I was a 4th grader which meant that I had to transfer with her too. -
Going to a new school
I had transferred to my new school and of course I was nervous and anxious because everyone already knew each other there since it was 5th grade. I was going through all types of emotions but thankfully I made some really good friends that I am still close to up to this date. -
My Sisters First Teenage Year
My sister was growing and becoming a teenager, I was excited because she's my only and oldest sibling so I definitely look up to her. I think I was probably more excited for her than she was for herself. -
My First Teenage Year
Turning 13 was a big thing to me because it made me feel like "a big kid" I was a teenager for the first time I made sure it was a big dea.l -
8th Grade events
For our 8th grade graduation my school celebrated us by giving us a full day to Camp Dunkin, a day on a cruise in Navy Pier and lastly out luncheon. It was my first time going to a camp of that sort and my first time on a cruise and I met new people. I really enjoyed the experience. -
First High School year
Becoming a Freshman, Definitely was scary because now I am in high school the only think that kept me calm was knowing that half of my friends were going to the same high school as me. -
My mom being able to get the American dream
Everyone one wants to get the American dream and thankfully my mom was able o get it and witched the families life around because it inspired our family to work for what they want and ever since they have been able to also accomplish the dream. -
Current life
I am not doing the best at school and I wouldn't say I changed I am just going through things that is interfering with a lot. But it is helping me remember who I am and who I don't want to be. -
Getting straight A's
This is a goal I always wanted to accomplish and before the school year ended my sophomore year I was able to accomplish it. Made me and my mom very proud of myself. -
Getting puppies
I have always been wanting a dog and finally got it. We ended up getting two of them and they are the cutest and amazing dogs. They bring joy to me and the family -
First Time in My Hometown
My mother and I have always wanted my sister and I to go to Mexico to visit family and places my mother grew up from. We finally have the chance to go and it was beautiful. Of course very different from the US but I would still go out there again. -
Turning 16
As a child I always thought turning 16 meant I was grown turns out I was wrong I was just old enough but I had a party with all my friends and created good memories. -
New friends
The new friends I've made over the summer are honestly like my best friends now. They help me reshape myself again into the better version of myself and thats when I met my 3 best friends mario, rafa and maritza -
Starting junior year
I made new friends that helped me find myself again and get out more. I used to be so antisocial and would be home in my room all day. But they helped me break that habit and I'm always happy when I'm around them having a good time -
Finding out my sister is going into the marines
My sister and I are on and off just like any siblings relationship. But after finding out news that I will not be having her around for a while made me want to spend more time and change who I am towards her and around her. -
New years
Some family members caught Covid so we were missing a few people. It was definitely different but we all made the best of it. -
Catching COVID
I caught COVID along with my mom and sister. It definitely gave me a wake up call about still being in a pandemic. I seemed to not take it as serious only because I didn't catch it the first 2 years
