10 Year Plan
What I hope to accomplish over a 10 year timespan -
Finish first semester of college
Submit my final for speech class and I have completed all of my finals. Grades will be submited and I should check what my final grades are and make sure they are accurate and fair. -
Strengthen my faith
Grow and stengthen my faith. Always keep faith in God and recognizing my purpose in life. Keep strong in prayer and my relationships.
This will be an ongoing goal. -
Register for next semester
I need to register for my spring semester, and continue registering for classes in order to complete my major. -
Decide on my major
I will need to decide on my major either before this spring semester or by next falll semester so that picking out my required classes will be easier, and I will not choose any unnecessary classes.
I am thinking I will choose a creative major in art or communications field. -
Get drivers license
Practice my driving as much as possible. Take drivers test and do not fail! Attain drivers license. -
Market my business
With the recent start up of my photography business I need to market my services more and advertise my website to the fullest by creating ads and generating business. Now that it is warmer out I will be able to do a lot of on location shoots for spring and summer. -
Keep up my photography business
Keep business alive, schedule appointments and shoots. Buy any more necessary equipment and keep website updated. -
Buy a car
After recieving my drivers license look around for a good deal on a car. Need to find affordable and safe car. Hopefully my family will help me pay to purchase the car and then I can get car insurance. I would like to be able to get enough side income through photography business to pay for my car insuranse. -
Transfer out of ccbc and into a University
Decide on a University in either Maryland or Florida. Probably Towson University or Florida Atlantic University. By transferring my credits from ccbc I will give myself an advantage and be able to get my degree in my field. My choice of University will depend a lot on what Major I choose, for example if I go with an art Major whichever University offers the best art programs for graphic design or art teaching. -
Turn 21
I feel turning 21 is a big milestone in which I really will become an adult. -
Move into an apartment
I would like to be able to move out of where I am currently living into an apartment near whatever university i'd like to transfer into. One pretty inexpensive and in a good neighborhood. -
Get engaged
I would like to at some point when I am finishing up college and ready to begin my career get engaged to my boyfriend. -
Finish college
I will graduate with a decided major and all of my credits and requirements. I hope to acquire my Bachelors degree from a University. -
Find a job in my field
After graduating I hope to find a job in which provides me a good income and benefits. I would like it to be near by so that I wouldn't have a long drive to work from my home and also have flexible hours so I wouldn't be spending a lot of time in an office. I really want to have a career which gives me room to grow and that I love. -
Buy a home
I would like to hopefully make enough money to move into with my family or boyfriend a nice and affordale home. I would like the house to be relatively new and very clean and open. The house must also be near by wherever i'd like to work and in a neighborhood without a lot of crime so that I feel safe. -
Get promoted or earn a raise
I would like to continue to move up in my field and earn more and more money as I advance. I never want to just stabalize in my career. -
Photography side work
I would like to maintain a good influx of side jobs through photography in order to have a side hobby and source of income. I'd also like to continue to grow in my skills and become a better artist. -
Get married
After graduating college, beginning my career and moving into a home I'd love to get married. I'd like to have a relatively small and romantic wedding with a larger reception/ after party to celebrate with friends and family with really good food and music. -
Have a baby
Once I have a stable home, income and marriage I feel it'd be the right time for me to become a mother. I have always wanted to have a baby and I think this would be around the perfect time for me to start beginning my family. -
Maintain financial stability
Once I have had a baby and my husband and I have spent time in our careers I would like to become financial secure and stable to the point we do not need to struggle to make it by or live paycheck to paycheck. I'd like to save up for my child's future and keep money saved for retirement. -
Earn a raise or promotion
Advance in my career or position. I want to continue to earn more income and never stop growing in my field of work. -
Ooftah is 10!
My shih tzu baby turns 10! On August 9, 2011 he was put onto this earth and in October I met him. Ooftah isn't just a dog to me he is a part of my family. He has really changed my life and I do not know where i'd be without him. I hope to always give him happiness in his life and all the love he deserves. -
Be happy
I hope to have over wellness and harmony in my marriage and with my baby. I'd like to be healthy and successful in my career. Hopefully my family will stay close and we will all share in love and happiness. -
Become closer to becoming realized
I hope to continue to get closer and closer to becoming to person who God created me to be and feel like I have lived life to the fullest with love, faith, and happiness.
