Hongxia Mo was not named after Mo when she was born. She was adopted by the Mo family when she was two years old in a small village in Guang Xi China. -
This piece of information has come from Father's oral description of going home drama. Two years old Hongxia was very hungry, you could tell from her hair that she lacked many types of vitamins. (additional information about two years old experience has come from an old neibrohood grandma that two years old Hongxia had no one to care for and left home alone most of the day.

One very interesting memory was the first day in town. I remember the crowd was talking and asking questions like who is this new girl and who is this? That has been recalled by the neighbor again to verify how the people were surprised to see a new toddler. And I remember one person saying "Her hair was brown".

When I was five, the time to go to kindergarten was popular. I remember the scenes precisely because of a few connected dots—Chair, Train, Afternoon, Nap, School.
They are not alphabetical nor in a rhyming order. But that were the clues to show an ordinary day in the past. -
We got carried up by the wind blowing our umbrella. We fear going to the school restroom because of ghost tales. We chase through the rice field. We play hopscotch, jump rope, and hide and seek. We learn to read and write.

A mixture of discipline and guidelines created a different type of childhood mixed with joy and teas. My most unforgettable childhood was the freedom of running, playing closely with nature and friends.

I have the most scared hormonal change in four and fifth grade. My front head was full of prickly dots and I got the nickname prickly head. It doesn't stop me to have friends, and continue play. -
At the end of elementary school, my family life was altered by financial problems. The boarding school style in jr. high will change and push me to become independent from there. Uncertain, yet, freedom.

Jr. High was the most amazing school experience I have had because that was the last school experience I had in China.
The study, boring afternoon lecture, and many peers. The mixed excitement and ambiguity of teenager. The mind could be very flexible and, at the same time, likely to take risks.
Learning from observing -
The unforgettable Jr. High was not only because the last, but the best. I can meet and practice different selves that straighten my belief and value. I have participated in art and labor representative through 7-9 grades. With the decline in learning passion, these experiences preserve part of me to regain the learning passion in the future ten years. -

I was aiming for counseling and a healing path to help. And I feel passion and desire to encourage many new and brilliant minds to believe in themselves. Of course, the benefit of summer vacation and engaging in the fantastic lives of youth.
