    graduated from Duncan High School w/ plans of attending OU and majoring in Occupational Therapy.

    Started my journey at the University of Oklahoma. I didn't like it at all. Class sizes were too big and I wasn't passionate about my major.

    my great grandfather died

    We called each other "Twin" because we shared the same birthday, November first. The day after my 18th, his 95th, he passed away. One of the last things he told me was to persevere. We were talking about college and how difficult it can be. That phrase has stuck with me ever since.

    changed my major to Forensic Science Molecular Bio & Biomemedical sciences and came to UCO. I knew I wanted to change my major, but leaving the science field, scared me.

    adopted my fur baby, Seta

    I met this sweet girl at a Humane Society, after being rescued from the pound a day before she was supposed to be euthanized. She had been adopted before, but the owner returned her due to a spike in her schizophrenia. Seta is my best friend and a huge source of motivation to finish school and get a good job.

    Best friend, Ben, and I entered into a romantic relationship. He supports me in my endeavors and is a great source of motivation.
  • Got a new job

    I had worked in retail for two years, and I'm really happy for the opportunity. However, it wasn't future oriented, and there was no room for growth. I didn't enjoy the work environment and was miserable near the end. However, my new job is great and I'm really enjoying it.
  • started my senior year of college

    This time is kind of scary because everyone asks what your plans are after school, and you may not have it all figured out yet. However, I plan to stay at my new job, go full time, and hopefully grow within the company.
