You will first need to "evaluate you current situation regarding your health" (pg 8). Some important things are you health statistics, fitness level, and health history.

You will then need to get educated, research your goal it will "enable you to prepare suitable Action Plans for achieving it." (pg 9). You should try and gain a basic understanding of the work behind the goal you are trying to achieve.

Set a timeframe for you actions and goals, allow yourself some indications that you have reached you goal or starting to reach your goal.
