  • With Life comes Death

    Calvery DeForest, also known as Larry "Bud" from David Letterman's late night show, died at 85. DeForest was a regular on the Letterman show and was greatly missed on the show after his passing.
  • Brother and Swelling

    My half brother- Logan- was born when I was in first grade and I was unable to see him because we were so far away. I was so stressed out from this I had my first major swelling that went from the end of my finger to my elbow.
  • Another Sibling!

    My first sister Ava was born and I was actually able to see her which was a first for me. I was so excited to have a sister for the first time and having a sibling that I was able to see.
  • Newly Weds!

    R&B singer Bobby Brown and producer Alicia Etheredege got married in Hawii. Later they had 3 children, Cassius, Bodhi, and Hendix.
  • Where's the Flood!?

    250,000 people were displaced and 20 were killed due to floods on the Japanese island of Kyushu. These flood caused thosuands of dollars in damages as well as causing a number of landslides which ultiamtely changed the layout of the island.
  • New Sister and New Move

    Right after Ava was born we moved to Newport PA because mom and I's apartment was not big enough for our new family. Newport was the place to move because Nick's family was there.
  • So Long Great Grandpa

    My great grandfather McQuitty passed away and I was told about it through a text message while I was at volley ball practice. I haven't been able to understand why I never cried when I found out. I was able to watch his funeral through Skype but nothing ever felt final and I still don't feel like I have any closure.
  • 2 Deaths in 1 day

    The Jeopardy announcer on Saturday Night Live, Don Pardo, died at 96. Don Pardo was the legendary voice for Saturday Night Live, which left Darrell Hammond very large shoes to fill.
  • Help Fight Ebola

    President Obama is planning to increase the financial efforts to $763 million dollars in West Africa. These efforts to help control the number of Ebola cases is to ensure the it gets under control and won't continue to spread further.
  • The Final Sibling

    Olivia was birn after my mom had a miscarrage so every one was extremely excited for her. My mom's throat was also swollen alot during her pregnancy with Olivia too so we were worried something would have gone wrong.
  • Mom Got Remarried!

    Even though my mom and Nick didn't have a real wedding it was still a memorable day. Alot of Nick's immediate had come up to see them get married and they are very loud people so the marriage it's self is very hard to forget.

    Imre Kertesz was a Holocaust concentration camp survivor that died at the age of 86. He was also a Hungarian writer that won the 2002 Nobel Prize in Literature for "writing that upholds the gradile experience of the individual against the barbaric arbitrariness of history."
  • Another One Bites the Dust

    Zhou Younguang was a Chinese language scholar. He died when he waas 111 years old making him one of the oldest people to live.
  • New Drugs!

    I started a drug study at Hershey Medical Center for a medication that was supposed to be designed to prevent H.A.E. episodes. I haven't swelled since I started taking the study drug and am glad to say that the drug is no longer in study and is able to be bought commercially as Takhzyro.
  • No More Zika

    Puerto Rico officially declared its Zika virus over. The Zika virus had been transmitted to humans through mosquitos which was why it was so difficult to get rid of in the first place.
  • Nina Passed Away

    Nina was a cat that I got from Nick's sister for Christmas about 3 years before and I had bonded very closely to her. One night I went to bed and the next morning I was beign told that she had passed away.
  • Ava's First Kitty

    My mom had gotten Ava a cat that she named Luna for her birthday which was shortly after mine had passed. I was determined to never own another pet but I had seen Luna's sister and I just had to have her. So, now we have Luna and Karma and I'm happy that we got both.
  • Tsunami

    Nuugaatsiaq Greenland was hit with a terrible tsunami. The tsunami was caused by a magnitude 4 earthquake.
  • N.A.A.F.P.M.S

    I was given the amazing opportunity to go to Lowel Massacheusetts for the National Academic Award for Future Physicians and Medical Scientists. During this even I was able to listen to inspiring stories and learn all about the lastest medical techonology which I wouldn't have learned unless I went to this event.
  • Deaths, Deaths, and more Deaths

    There were 200,000 recorded case and 1,300 deaths from cholera in Yemen. The UN said that this was the greatest cholera outbreak in the world.
  • Sports

    British Lions and New Zealand All Blacks Tie 15-15 playing rugby. This is their 3rd match tie, tieing the series.
  • Stitches? Nah I'm Fine

    I went on a camping trip with my ex-friend and fell into an open compartment in a boat that I last knew to be closed in the pitch black of night. It took about 20 minutes for my to realize I had cut open a part of my in the first place. My grandmother insists that I should have gotten stitches.
  • New License = New Peircing!

    I had planned to get my license on this day but little did I know my mother was going to take me to get my conch peircing that day. I had gotten a cupon front "Santa" for whatever piercing I wanted and because I was in basket ball cheerleading I had to wait until it was over to get my conch. I had been bugging my mom about it for months and months and it is currently my favorite peircing.
  • Smelling out Parkinson's

    In Manchester England has claimed that she can "smell out" people who have Parkinson's disease before they are diagnosed. So far she has helped researchers find the molecules on people's skin that she is able to smell.
  • I Actually got Hurt

    This was my first real injury to myself that I had ever gotten and I got it from jumping on a trampoline. I severly sprained my ankle on my sisters birthday while she herself was in the ER for strep. This also had marked the 2nd time I went into the ER in a bathing suit.
  • Did you ask?

    The Internaional Tribunal in London has reported the China has been forcefully taking organs out of people. The unfortunate people that are having their organs harvested are from groups in prison camps.
  • PFEW

    At first I was unsure about going to this PFEW but I am glad I did. Not only did I get an idea of what living on my own in college would be like, I was able to difinitively know what I do not want to do for a living-- which is just as good as knowing what I want to do with my life.
  • Donald Trump

    President Trump gets himself in trouble with twitter again regarding 4 Democrat women of color. He says "go back ad help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came."
  • House Sitter!

    My cousin had gone to Vegas and needed someone to house sit and make sure that her kids didn't burn the house down. This allowed meto experince living in my own house and having total freedom for whatever I wanted to do. While I house sat I had to take Anessa to practice and was given permission to drive Lance's truck and driving around in the huge truck helped increase my backing up abilities.
  • El Paso Texas

    At a Wlamart in El Paso Texas there was a suspected domestic terrorist shooting. This shooting had killed 22 people and injured 24.
  • Watch out protestors.

    A group of ICE protestors were driven into in Rhode Island by a man in a pick-up truck.
  • Yet Another Human in the Hosue

    This was the offical day that Riley came to live with us permanetly as granted by the courts. Ever since this happened Nick's youngest sister has been salty about it but it doesn't matter because RIley's safe and happy and that's all that matters.
  • Senior Year

    Even though this was the start of my last year of highschool I was still excited on the first day just like I always was. Unfortunately now my senior year was cut off and everything is canceled but at home senior year isn't going to horriblly.
  • Fires!

    Fires in the Amazon rainforest have broken out and the smoke is able to be seen from space.
  • No More Hershey Appointments

    This was the last time I was going to have to go to Herhsey for my medicine as part of a study. My study, after being extedned from 1 year to 2 years, was finally coming to an end and I was able to start my medicine at home.
  • Illegal Forest Fires!

    800,000 acres of forest were burned down in Jambi province in Indonesia because of illegeal forest fires. This caused respiratory problems for millions of people.
  • Nana's Home!

    About 2 days before my grandmother had avery severe heart attack that lasted 12 hours and we had no idea if she was going to make it or not. Thankfully she made it through all right and was able to come home for Christmas.
  • Saturday Night Live

    Eddie Murphy returned to the show and his return episode was the highest rated episode in years.
  • New Year= New Pericing

    After I got my conch I immediately wanted to get my industrial but mom had "already paid for 1 unnecassary hole in my head" and she wasn't paying for another one, so I was forced to wait until I turned 18 to get it on my own. As soon as I could after my birthday I went and got my insutrial peirced and I love it.
  • Trump Impeachment

    The Senate paved an easy wasy for aquittal by rejecting witnesses in the trial.
