Television
I was 6 years old when my family had installed cable TV. There I watched the news and my favorite cartoons Personal Insight: I watched the news with my family at that time but due to my young age I probably still did not understand some of the information in the news. -
The Newspaper
When we moved to our new house in 2007. Newspapers were delivered regularly to my new home. Personal Insight: Since I loved reading, I found newspapers to be better than watching television because I get to practice my reading. -
My Laptop
I wanted to play games on a computer so my father gave me his old laptop when he bought a new laptop. Personal Insight: Now that I am older, I now know that the laptop is not only for games but for sharing information and accessing information using the internet. -
Social Media
I was introduced to facebook and youtube. I found it convenient that I can talk to my friends using facebook and watch videos in youtube. Personal insight: Facebook is now very very big and popular so I am being responsible and cautious when accessing facebook and other social media platforms. -
Cellphone
Since I lived in Cavite and my school is in Manila, My parents gave me a cellphone. It was a secondhand iphone but I used it for calling and texting and playing games. Personal insight: Cellphones nowadays are now advanced pieces of technology and can share information just like how computers do. So I also am being responsible when calling and texting -
Playstation 4
When I had saved up enough money, I bought myself a PS4 because my old laptop cannot handle the new games that are releasing. Personal Insight: The PS4 in not just for single player games. You can also invite and join other players from around the world online. This is why I am being cautious and being appropriate when joining other people's games and meeting other players.
