The day I was born
For some unfathomable reason, my parents assumed that I was going to be born a boy and that they would name me Jordan. However, my mom was happy when I turned out to be a girl that she could buy pretty dresses for. -
I learned to ride a two-wheel bike
When I was five years old, my grampa decided that it was time that I learned to ride a two-wheel bike. I remember him taking me outside and holding onto the bike as I pedaled at first, while all the while I believed I could never do it on my own. But then I did what he told me to do. I kept pedaling faster when I thought I was going to fall, and I was amazed to find that I could ride a two-wheel bicycle! -
My first day of kindergarten
By the end of that day, as far as I was concerned, the most notable part of that day was that I had just met my best friend, Carlen Ronke. I remember being difficult when my mom was trying to brush my hair in the morning, so she tried turning on the TV to distract me, but all she could find was news. It turned out the reason was that the Twin Towers had just been attacked. So many peoples' loves fell apart that day; it's shocking to me that at the time, I hadn't a clue. -

This is a place is went to every single day for nine important years of my life. I met my best friends, discovered what my passions were, I transistioned from a child to a teenager here. -
I became friends with Hannah and Samantha
The reason I have the current best friends that I do is because one day, in Mme, Malo's grade 3 class, a girl named Hannah was coloring with me. After she informed me that she was, in fact, a fairy, I happily told her that I was actually a unicorn. It was decided that I would play iwht her and her friend Samantha the next recess, and bam! we were instantly best friends. -
My first pet
My first pet was a rat I brought home from Petland with my dad, and my borther bought another one at the same time. They were named Tawny and Oreo. -
My cousin Erin was born
This girl is more of a little sister than a cousin to me. Babysitting her always feels like spending quality time with family than getting a job done. -
Hawaii
Hawaii was the most lush, naturally beautiful place I have been. My family and I went snorkeling, on a helicopter ride and to beaches with incredible waves. It was a wonderful trip. -
Mexico
What I really loved about Mexico was that not only did it have beautiful Carribean beaches, but it was also so rich in culture and history. -
Papa died
In grade 8, I went to Quebec for the first time with my school. It was when I came home that I found out that my grandafther's battle with cancer was over and that he had died. -
The First time I water-skied
After years of watching my older brother and cousins water-skiing aroiund the lake at our grandparents cottage at Beresford, I finally achieved my goal of getting up on the water-skis! -

Collège Jeanne-Sauvé
I am in my last year at the only high school I have ever attended. I went from knowing a handful of people from my elementary school to making plenty of friends at my new school. -
The Down With Webster concert
This wasn't the best concert I have ever been to. Nor do they create impressive enough music to be my favorite band. However, this was the best concert experience I have ever had. One of my friends knew a bouncer, and he got down from the third story and onto the floor, right at the stage. I'm not normally a band-boy crazed girl, but I won't deny that I went pretty crazy when I touched one of singers, Bucky. -
Italy
Rome, the Colluseum, Capri, Pizza, the Sistine Chapel, Lake Lugano, Pompeii, gelato, San Gimignano, Michelangelo's David, a venetian boat ride. -
Getting my license
I passed my road test the first time that I took it, and I was so incredibly happy to have gained the freedom of using the car when I needed it. -

Summer Work Student Exchange program in Quebec
I did really wonderful things during this exchange trip like going to Tadoussac, Fort débrouillard, D'arbre en arbre, working at École les dunamix and meeting amazing people like Mercedes, Rebecca, and my host parent, Sonia. -
Soccer City Championship
For the first time ever, my soccer team won the city championship game. We worked hard all season and I was even voted MVP by the other team. -
The Assesipi ski trip
this was the first time I had ever been skiing and I absolutely loved it. I had a blast skiing for a few days, spending time with my friends and getting away from school after exams. We all njoyed the ski trip so much, we're planning on going again next March. -
Painting my mural
After having had plans to paint a mural on my wall for year, I finally found the time to design a tree, draw it on my wall in free-hand and choose colours to paint it on with. -

Not only did my boyfriend ask me out that day, but I found out that I got an interview for a summer job that I really wanted! -
Encounters with Canada
I went to Ottawa for a week with a friend during the Science & Technology week at the Terry Fox Foundation Centre. We spent an incredible week there, exploring canadian culture and getting to know other kids from provinces all over Canada.
