The television is used for entertainment purposes. With this you can choose to watch any genre of film or show and now even project filmed scaffolds and independent films
and whatnot. Watching on the television now doesn’t necessarily mean through cable anymore, people can now easily connect their televisions to the internet and watch videos online and on the big screen. -
Newspaper // Pre- Industrial
Newspapers were another method of entertainment as well as enlightenment when it comes to news and updates on certain events. Just like the television, newspapers have different sections for different purposes. Such as comical purposes, the average pages for news, and more. Because technology has basically swooped the world, people may find newspapers a little harder to use as news can be now easily posted online, though harder to tell if accurate or not. -

The Third
At the age of 3, I had already learned to talk. Because my parents wanted me to practice my speech skills, I had then began to practice writing and talking to others with the use of pencil, paper, and sometimes solely my mouth and mind. -
Speech // Prehistoric
The use of speech has helped me earn the position as a person I am currently in now. I have made friends, developed relationships with loved ones, and even helped save lives thanks to my ability to speak. -
Writing // Prehistoric
Writing does not necessarily mean repeatedly scribbling down the letters of the alphabet on a piece of paper. It is an alternative way of communicating if you do not wish to talk, or to simply speak your mind out without having to open your mouth. -

The Sixth
At the age of 5, I was already a novice at the computer. I was limited to approximately 2 hours on the computer a week. I had upgraded from pencils to crayons, and even dabbled on drawing. I was also rewarded with magazines I used to collect if I behaved my best in school for the week. -
Computer // Electronic
The computer was originally for documents and such until it was modified a while later. Various kinds of software such as games, music, and such are then incorporated in this large device. Up until now, people still use computers for presentations, studies, and such and even games. I believe that computers are very essential for people who can afford it, it has all the features one can ever need in a portable device that can carry more than a cellphone. -
Drawing // Prehistoric
Drawing has always been part of my life. I do it when I'm absolutely motivated and I still do it even if I'm not aware of it. I began drawing at the age of 3 but really fell in love with it at the age of 5. Drawing is my favorite form of self expression. There are different aspects of it such as doodling, abstract, sketching, and more. -
Magazines // Electronic
Magazines are published illustrations and articles based on very popular or ground-breaking topics. Examples of magazines that sell very well are Vogue, Seventeen, Cosmopolitan, Vanity Fair, The Rolling Stone, and Forbes Magazine. Magazines for me were very entertaining and enlightening, even though I only read magazines that were meant for children. Even then, I can tell that though magazines are quite thin, they contain a lot of stories and information that can have you hooked within seconds. -
Music // Pre- Industrial
Music is another popular art form of self expression. Other than drawing, it is very easy to show others how you're feeling and what you're thinking through music. -

The Ninth
At age 8, I was really focused on the television and writing stories in my notebook. Because of the heavy influence the television had on me, 2009 was then the year I found myself a lot more interested in music than before. My sister also got me to read a book for fun for the first time, she lent me her copy of The Wizard of Oz. -

I began reading books for myself at the age of 8. Books can range purpose from giving information to giving entertainment. I find myself looking for fictional novels in the bookstore whenever I get the chance. Books are the perfect way to travel to another world without paying for a ridiculously expensive airfare whilst exercising your mind and imagination. -

In the year 2012, I had been given my first cellphone. This was the year I had developed my skills in texting and calling my friends whilst also taking an interest in taking a lot of pictures or random scenery and objects. -
Photography // Digital Age
Pictures and taking them is a very popular concept in the 21st century. Some take pictures for fun, some do it professionally. It's a very wide field of making moments last for a lifetime. -
Cellphones // Digital Age
Cellphones are currently the number one in my opinion when it comes to the most prioritized gadgets for teenagers. Back then, cellphones were used purely for calls and texts. Nowadays, you can watch and take videos, read the news, and so much more with your cellphone. Phones are undeniably essential for people, but certain bad habits developed from them are definitely out of hand such as not sleeping and risking bad eyesight by scrolling through twitter or any social media site while lying down. -

The Fifteenth
At age 14, I had really taken complete focus on photography and blogging. When you combine the two, you get Instagram. In 2015, I had managed to post about 900 photos. I also began posting videos on my YouTube channel. -
The Internet // Digital Age
You can do almost anything and everything on the internet. From games, to PowerPoints, to even having an online journal. Blogging is a platform many people use for their favorite pictures, shows, and even food. -

The Eighteenth
At the age of seventeen, I have managed to find another media. Acting is not something I saw myself doing for self expression. Musical plays such as Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen, and Heathers have played a big part on having me turn to broadway. Broadway is an interesting mix of acting and singing in front of many people.
