During the bait tutorial i learnt how to: -use final cut pro, this was my first time using it and so I got use to some of the basic techniques -Match Cut -

It was fun to just play around with making a film clip, escpecially because the story wasn't actually meant to be taken too seriously. -
Shot-by-Shot remake
The shot by shot remake use alot of match cuts because it was mainly a conversation between two people. We used as a group final cut pro to edit the sequence and match cuts together. -

Thriller
When making the thriller i learnt -
-use a wireframe as a CCTV effect
-text, I used text to place the dates on our different scenes, as this is the effect we wanted.
Overall just putting a short beginning of a movie together was really interesting because you have to think about the sequence that you want it to go in. -
LipSync tutorial
(unfortunately I wasn't in on this lesson, therefore I couldn't do this activity/task) -
Music Video remake
This was a fun task, and during the editing we:
-used split screens
-match cuts -
Music Video
Editing a music video was a lot harder than I originally thought it was going to be, mainly because you have to first of all line the base tracks up and my group had some difficulty with storing our file on the hard drive so we had to do it with a different technique which made it a lot more lengthy project and quite difficult.
-Apply black and white filter
-Split Screen
-Lip sync using a base track technique -

For the ancillary project which was the making of my digipak and advertisment I used photoshop and the different editing techniques used were:

-images
-font colour and size
-shapes (stars for the advert)
