  • Mao’s Legacy

    Mao died from complications of Parkinson's disease on September 09, 1976 age of 82/ Some people think Mao helped to bring China forward into the 20th century / But he did so in a way that lead to the death of millions of people and created unhappiness and suffering for many others / After Mao’s death, China went into a different direction / China started to change its economic policies to become more capitalist / This change in policy perhaps says something about the failure of Mao’s leadership
