there is a group for hunting and building shelter

jack and ralph disuss issues about the kids not working -

jack is hunting
jack and ralph talk about the boys work ethnic
they argue about the importance of shelter and food -

the boys arent working
ralph and jack tell them theres no beast
a litlun says he saw one -

there is an airplane battle above the island
a parachutist lands in tree
samneric think its the beast -

they go to the mountain to find the beast
they see pig tracks so they hunt on their way
roger renacts the hunt -

they tell the rest there is a beast
jack goes off to start his own group
the hunters kill a pig -
chapter 9
simon finds out the beast is a dead pilot
ralph and piggy go to the feast
the hunters kill simon because they thought he was the beast -
chapter 10
jack rules with power
he punishes kids for no reason
they steal piggys glasses -
chapter 11
ralph and piggy go to get his glasses back
jack and ralph fight
roger rolls a boulder and kills piggy and the conch -
chapter 12
ralph hides in the forest
samneric give him food and warn him
jack tries to smoke ralph out
