  • Lindsey was born!

    I was born on February 8, 1994... 8inches 7 ounces and I had an angel kiss on my forehead. My Mom, Dad, and the doctors were the significant people in this lifetime event. My parents expectationd of me at this point was basically to come out, healthy and happy- and that's just what I did.
    Historical event: Ottawa slashes tobacco taxes to reduce rampant cigarette smuggling.
  • Lindsey's first day of dance class!

    I remember, August 6th 1998 I started my first day of dance class. I was only 4 years old and my mom and dad put me in tap, ballet, and jazz. I loved to dance and of course we were young, so it wasn't as serious at that time but it sure was fun. My classmates, teacher, and parents were significant people during this event. My parents expected me to basically have fun and make some friends during this time.

  • Lindsey's first day of softball

    My first day joining a softball team was August 20,1998 when I was only four years old. My dad was my coach for t-ball and I loved it from day 1. The significant people for this event would be my dad/coach, teammates, and my mom who always supported me. My parents' expectations were to make friends, and try my best at the sport.
    Significant event: The Supreme Court of Canada rules that Quebec cannot legally secede from Canada without the federal government's approval.
  • Lindsey's first day of school

    I was five years old when I had my first day of school. For some reason, I cried when mom had to leave me for school. I wanted to make friends and my parents leaving me. But then I found out that school is actually fun with recess and snacktime.The significant people aew my parents, teacher,&friends. My parents expectations were to not cry when they leave, try my best,and behave

    This was a very sad day. I remember just where I was.. sitting on my moms bed while she was doing my hair in pig tails and we were watching the news. We saw that the terrorist have attacked us. Significant people were my mom,dad, older sister, and teacher because they were there for me at this time. Expectations for me was to be supportive
    Significant Event: Two passenger planes hijacked by terrorists crashes into New York's World Trade Towers causing the collapse of both & death of 2,752 people
  • I graduated grade school.

    This is the day I graduated grade school. I went to Saint Jerome School, which was a Catholic School. I made so many great friends here and it was a great experience. Significant people would be my whole family who came to support me, my teachers, and classmates (30 kids). My parents expected me to walk, and go to high school.

  • I won all-state first region for softball

    Softball was my sport, the one thing I loved to do. During high school season I played on varsity and won this award. It was such a great experience for me. Significant people would be my coach and teammates. My parents expected me to just be proud of myself for what I achieved.

  • I graduated high school

    This is when I graduated high school at Notre Dame preparatory high school! I had decided to go to ASU to become a teacher and I couldn't wait. High school was fun but I am excited to start something new! My family and friends and new school members were significant. My parents expected me to go to college at this point and do my best.

  • I moved in the dorms at ASU!

    This was one of the best decisions of my life... going to asu! It was so exciting moving into the dorms with new friends and starting a new leaf. My parents, new friends, and teachers were significant people at this time. My parents expected me to have fun but still get a good gpa in college.
