Parents got divorced
My parents got divorced when I was 9 years old. It was a confusing part of my life and it really changed the relationship with my dad. Mom had to fill a lot of different roles in my life. -
Disneyland with dad
I went to Disneyland with my dad for the first time. Since the divorce, our relationship was not the same and we barely talked to each other, so this trip was very important because we were able to spend time together and our relationship improved a lot since then. -
Grampa died
My grandfather was like a paternal figure to me, so his death was a strong and difficult life event for me. Sometime later this made me realize that I should enjoy every moment of my life more, and I started to make some changes. -
Job in New York
I went to work in New York for 3 months. Having the opportunity to experience this new role in my life made me realized new things a was capable of. -
Moved to Canada
I had the opportunity to move to Canada to study. It has been a big transition in my life, with many challenges, but it has definitely given me a new purpose.
