A beautiful creature was born.
Around 1:30 p.m., a beautiful creature was born. That beautiful creature happens to be me! I don't know why I was chosen to walk on this planet, but I realized that I should be happy that I have a chance to live this life. I am happy to be me. -
My first real friend
It's pretty amazing how you know that you've met your "bff" when you're only three years old... I have known he for almost ten years now, and she is still my best friend forever. -
First day of school
On the first day of K4, I was like any other four year old; excited but also upset about leaving my family. I cried every morning for a week because I didn't want to leave my mom, but that has obviously changed. My sister was already at Burdick at the time, so my mom decided to send me there too. I have been at Burdick for a LONG time now, and I am glad that I got to stay there. -
I graduated!
I honestly thought graduation was cool; I got to eat cake and my class didn't have to go to school :). My sister graduated 8th grade as I graduated K5, so I had to sit through my own ceremony and her ceremony too. It was boring sitting through both ceremonies, but eventually it was fun because I got to hang out with my friends and eat cake. :0 -
Photography is what I want to do.
Around this time of 2011, I realized what I wanted to do in the future; be a photographer. This may sound silly, but the thing that made me realize that photography was my dream, was a picture I had recently took of my cat. I know you have to start somewhere, but I never would've guessed it would start with a picture of my cat. -
Welcoming my nephew into the world
It was my last day until winter break, and I recieved an early Christmas gift; my amazing nephew, Emmett. At precisely 4:21 p.m., my grandpa got a call saying that my nephew was born. I went to the hospital to visit my sister and my brand-new nephew, and the moment I first saw him, I was extremely happy that he was a part of my life. <3 -
Self-Love
I gained self-love this day...Everyone needs a little self-love and this is when I realized I needed it most. Something was going on that made me upset, and my only escape was music. I turned on shuffle, and the first song that came on made me realize that everything would be okay if I had a little more confidence...(Little Things - One Direction) -
My stay at Alverno college
At age 13, you don't really get to experience college. My two friends and I got to experience living on campus for one week while learning about photoshop and photograpy. This was really big for me, since I plan to be a photographer. Honestly, I learned a lot of new skills that'll help me for later on in life. -
The reason I'm happy.
I saw who keeps me happy this day, and I don't know what I'd do without them...There will come a day when I won't love them, but for now lets just think about well, right now. They only see me as another fan...But I see them as my heroes. Do you know who 'they' are? They are One Direction. (Man, I am such a typical fangirl.) -
My last year at Burdick...
Woah, back to school already?! But it's fine because before I know it, this year will be finished and I'll be going to high school. When I got to school, I was very happy to see my friends but I was a little nervous to see how this year's system would work. As my teachers explained to my class and I how this school year would play out, I realised I was going to be okay and I didn't need to worry. This is important to me since it's my final year; and I'll make it last.
