  • Pip meets the Convict

    Pip, age about seven, goes the the marshes one day and encounters the convict. The convict threatens him to bring him food and a file or else. Pip returns the next day with food and the file and the convict is grateful.

  • Pip goes to the Satis House

    This is the first day Pip goes to the Satis House because Miss Havisham wanted to watch Pip play. Mrs. Joe was excited for Pip because it would be a new experience for Pip, but Pip thought of this as a punishment. Pip meets Miss Havisham and Estella for the first time, and starts to like Estella, but loaths Miss Havisham.
  • Pip goes to London

    Pip is now able to go to London to become a gentlman. He is able to do this because of his anonymous benefactor who he thinks to be MIss Havisham.
  • Pip and his Benefactor

    The convict shows up one night and tells Pip he is his benefactor. He was so grateful for Pip in the marshes that one night, so he decided to help Pip, but now he is on the run and needs a place to stay. Pip lets him stay, but is upset that Miss Havisham isn't his benefactor because it means that he isn't meant to marry Estella.
  • Pip saves Miss Havisham

    Pip is in the garden of the Satis House one day when he was having flashbacks when he was a little kid and pictured Miss Havisham hanging from a beam. To make sure Miss Havisham was all right he looked up at her window when he saw her on fire. He eventually put the flames out, but she was badly burnt.

    Magwitch's death was the most important because it was then, that Pip realizes that family and the love of others is much more important than social standing.
  • Pip sees Estella again

    At the end of the story Pip has his priorities straight and is content with his life. One day he is walking in the garden of the Satis House and sees Estella there. He believes it's fate and they walk off hand in hand, him believing, never to part again.

    This was the first time that I made allstars for softball. It was important because it was then I realized that I wanted to keep playing the sport.

  • Regionals

    This was the day we won regionals. It was important because we finally learned if we played as a team then we could reach our goals.
  • 6th Grade Camp

    6th grade camp was important because it was the longest I've ever been without one of my parents. We were in charge of our own stuff and it was a good lesson in responsibility.
  • Wakeboarding

    This was the first time I went wakeboarding. It looked really fun so I wanted to try it, but I was scared. I finally decided to do it and it was really exciting and I'm glad I did it.
  • My Sister's Wedding

    I had to be responsible for a lot of stuff because I was the maid of honor. It was also a very emotional day.
  • Traveling Around the US

    We traveled the US for 6 weeks and went to 26 states. It was a great opportunity and I saw so many sights. It's an experience that I will never forget.
  • First 20 Mile Hike

    This was when I went on my first 20 mile hike. It was a long journey, but at the end it was big and fun accomplishment.
  • Day my Nephew was Born

    This was the day I became an aunt. I realized that I will have big responsiblities now.
