  • ACL injury

I was playing volleyball for my high school team, and i had something horrible happen that changed a lot of things. I blew out my Anterior Cruciate Ligament and I tore my whole medial menisscous. This changed a lot for me. It scared me in a sense where I didn't want to play sports after the 9-12 month surgery.

  • Finally walking!

November 30th 2015, I went to physical therapy for my knee. She read my protocol and read that i would be able to start walking between 6-8 weeks. My physical therapist ask me if i was ready. Scared, but ready. That day I finally started walking again after 2 months on crutches.
