    Me an my papa use to listen to Johnny Cash every time I went over there to see him. I loved Johnny Cash very much an also told everyone I was going to marry him

    When I got older me an my papa an mom would sit around at his house and watch all the old westerns he loved. I loved watching them because he'd mute the T.V and say it word for word. I thought it was funny and loved when he done that.

    When I was about 8 I was very interested in learning how to play the guitar because about everyone in my family did do my Uncle showed and so did my papa he'd show me tapes but i never got to actually play because I was so little.

    I made it a mission to learn the song because if I did my mom promised to buy me a guitar for Christmas when I was older so I listened to it so many times and I finally remember it. And I sung it to my papa and Uncle.

    When I was 12 that's when my papa finally let me hold the guitar to play it even thought he taught me how, he didn't want me to hold it because it was expensive and he was just a little scared.

    Back in middle school my friend she was my cousin actually but she loves to sing an she was very good at it. She would sing old country an some others I really liked listening to her an I still do, I’ve even asked her when on face time before to sing Johnny cash. She has the most amazing voice in my family

    Before I went to foster care my mom was working 80+ hours an she only done it to help everyone in her family out, I didn’t like it but I couldn’t tell her anything so I’d listen to her talk about how she hated work

    Back when I was in foster care I’d call them my aunt an papa sometimes. But one day we was all watching the game and doing a puzzle an I couldn’t see who was playing Kentucky an they told me to try an pronounce it an I messed it up completely. Everyone laughed an try to say what I said but they couldn’t. I was very embarrassed.

    When i past my permit test he'd tell me he was happy that I could come see him now and that it was about time for me to start driving. He would say he stared diving at 12 and just old stories he'd like telling when I went to see him because I had so many things in common with him. Me an my papa had a friendship that was unbreakable.

    Me an my brother didn't get along to well before 2017 but while he was in jail he'd text me all the time or call me, he'd ask me to send him song lyrics to some of the songs I'd like to listen to and when he got out he'd always play them and it got on my nerves. But it was also the thing that brought us closer to each other as well. But sometimes when I'd play them he'd say I stole them from him.
