One day, my mom told me to go with her because they had "called her from school because of one of my siblings and they had to talk to her" and since I would follow her everywhere I went with her. We got to school and we went into the counselor's office and she was being so nice to me.Then all of a sudden they stand at the door then my mom says she has to go to work and starts walking away and the counselor just stands in front of the door as I'm trying to walk out.

I thought that my mom must of just forgotten me, but as much as I tried the counselor wouldn't let me out. I got scared and upset so all I could was scream and cry. After doing that for quite some she led me to my class and when I got there I started crying again, but this time there was a group of kids watching me so I stopped. Then the teacher led me to my seat and gave me colors and paper to use. After that school didn't feel so bad. Mrs. Medrano ended up being one of the greatest teachers.

I had a teacher called Mrs. Guerrero and she was mean and strict and obviously not one of my favorite teachers. I remember one time it was a girl's birthday and of course she came in a dress and we were doing the usual learning in class when all of sudden she said she didn't feel well. As the teacher was about to let her go to the nurse she threw up on herself and on her dress and her parents had to pick her up. Surprisingly she came back later throughout the day and brought cupcakes and juices.

I ended up moving school during the second semester of 1st grade. I got a teacher who was nice, but I don't remember her name. I remember the first thing I saw when I walked in was students sitting on a huge carpet in a circle while singing the continents song. They made me space so I could sit and continued on singing and let me sing along. I don't really remember 1st grade much.

I remember my teacher's name was Mrs. Smith she was pretty fun. I remember we would watch an educational nature cartoon about a pig called Iggy ArBuckl. After each episode we watched we would have to write an entry about what we had learned in the episode. She would also give out tickets to students who would answer questions then at the end of the week you use them to get prizes that she had. In 2011 apple co-founder Steve Jobs died at the age of 56.

My 3rd grade teacher was on of my best teachers her name was Mrs. Vazquez. She would always encourage us to read and get AR points because she had goals you had to reach. If students reached the goal they were able to stay in her class during lunch and watch a movie. The person with the highest points would get a bag with candies and other little gifts. We would read great books with her. Sometimes she would tell us stories some of them were personal, but we would listen.

I moved back to Martin and was in Mrs. Espinoza's class. I remember being nervous and when I went in she made me introduce myself into the class and then assigned me to a group of desks. I became friends with ethan. He made 4th grade fun. I liked Mrs. Espinoza's class and I liked doing fluency and would try to beat my score every time. In 2013 Nelson Mandela passed away causing many of his followers to mourn.

In 5th grade I had Mrs. Garcia who was a great teacher because we would actually do fun science experiments in her class. She was great at teaching and making sure that we understood. That same year I told my teacher I was moving, but forgot to mention I was only moving houses and not schools. Oops! Also I ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and ended up throwing up on a table during tutorial.

It was confusing at first because I went from having one class to having eight. I remember they had put me in the wrong class and wasn't moved to the right one until a week later and my teacher didn't like me because I was late almost every day. I also met a lot of fun people and enjoyed learning math. I was also in robotics and learned that I had a cousin from my dad's side in school.

In 7th grade my first period teacher didn't like me because I would always go late and she would try to make me look dumb in front of the class, but unfortunately for her that was not possible. I made a really great friend who I'm still really close with. I also got in trouble multiple times because of a teacher who would exaggerate and call my mom.

8th grade was one of the best school years for me. I actually had really great teachers. I liked all my classes and my schedule. I also talked to people I never really thought I would talk to. I got an art class for the first time in middle school and really enjoyed it. I had a really great time and my first period was fun because I had friends there and we tell each other random stories.

During this year I got classes I loved. I also joined rotc which was a class I actually liked. I had two career pathways which to be honest I liked one better than the other at first. My english teacher was one of the best I've had in a while. I actually had a guitar class, but forgot everything I learned. In 2018 the US launched a missile attack in syria which left nine dead.
-
I learned to love both of my career pathways more than anything else and was relieved when I learned I was still able to keep both that year and the next. This year was also the most laid-back year. This year was one of my easier years. I also ended up getting a contract because of absences. This year was also weird because lots of things changed.

This year we started off with online learning. It isn't the best or the worst, but I kind of like it like this. I do hope we get to go back to actual classrooms at some point. This year I feel more responsible for doing classwork rather than procrastinating and feeling like I don't wanna do it. Covid-19, a virus, started spreading around the world even more causing many cases and unfortunately took lives.
