    Graduates College
I graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia with honors. During the day I informed my parents that I am going on an extended trip, traveling throughout the summer in my car.
  • The start of something new

Abandoning my car after it was damaged in a flood, I left on foot with only my backpack. Went on hitchiking to California Lake Tahoe then on to Sierra Nevada mountain range. Traveled through the Cascade mountains, across lava beds of the Columbia River basin and across parts of the Idaho Panhandle. During my backpacking experience I meet Jan Burres and her boyfriend Bob.
