    I was born in Seattle on Sept. 14, 1993
  • When I Got Home

    Parents were home, my grandparents, and my two older brothers, John and Khristian.
  • Where I Was Living

    I was living in Seattle, in Lake City. My Grandparents and parents moved from the Philippines just a couple years ago.

    At the moment my family was involved with our Church. My brothers were helpers during this time.

    My younger brother, Andrew was born.
  • Grandpa (T)

    My grandpa passed away at the young age of 63 just a month after my youngest brother was born.
  • First Trip to the Philippines (T)

    My first trip to the Philippines was one I couldn't remember but I know it's where I met most of my cousins and had a funeral for my Grandpa.

    I was introduced to my cousins, Rovi and Robin, who are about the same age as my older brothers.

  • First Day of School

    My first day and start of my educational career at Lowell Elementary in Everett. I started in Pre-school

  • Matt

    I met my one of my best friends, Matt, and as of today we are still close.
  • The Nera Family

    The Nera Family became apart of my life once me and Matt met and before all this both of our moms knew eachother in the Philippines.
  • Sports

    The first sport I did was Baseball. I played for North Everett Little League.
  • Mrs. Anderson

    Mrs. Anderson was my Kindergarden teacher who helped me create my image today
  • Grandma (D)

    My grandma moved from Seattle to our home in Everett to take care of my brothers and I while my parents worked.
  • Never Forget (T)

    An act of terrorism on the US, at a young age, made me realize our lives are short and we should cherish them.
  • Mariners

    The Mariners were having there best season ever and at this time I loved baseball and this was the year they won, a record tying, 116 wins.
  • Groups in School

    I joined the conflict mediators and patrol group in school which helped me be a more responsible person.
  • Michael

    I met Michael during my first year of Kid-Pitch Little League Baseball. He was on my team, but weren't as close like we are now.
  • Second Trip to the Philippines (T)

    My 2nd trip to the Philippines wasn't for vacation again. My dad's mother was sick and so my dad, younger brother, and I spent 2 months there taking care of her.
  • Basketball

    I started playing Basketball at the North Everett Boy's and Girls club.
  • Ms. Phillips

    Ms. Phillips was my 5th grade teacher who I connected with really well because my two older brothers had her as a teacher too.
  • Graduation from Elementary

    I graduated from Lowell Elementary and was time to move to a bigger school which meant that I was growing up faster than I thought.
  • Baseball

    For Baseball, I made my first All-Star team and on that team, my teammates and I played on the same basketball and baseball team till High School
  • First Home Run (D)

    I hit my first Home Run in the Tournament of Champions, (Tournament for 1st place teams). This boosted my confidence ten-fold as the following year I lead my age group with 12 of them.

    Middle School

    Moving from Elementary school to Middle school was a big step because it was a different class and grade system that I would have to adjust to.
  • Evergreen Middle School

    My first day at a new school where everything was different from elementary school. Had to learn about the grade point system and having multiple classes rather than just one.
  • David Family

    My Aunt and Uncle moved from Japan to Seattle and were a big part of my life hosting holidays and constant visting every Sunday.
  • 05'-06' Seahawks

    The Seattle Seahawks made it to the Super Bowl for the first time in franchise history. I followed the team closely after that year, even through the ups and downs and influenced me to play football.
  • Mrs. Kemp (D)

    Mrs. Kemp was my 7th grade block teacher (Reading, Writing, Language class). My favorite school year because of her and how we connected so well. To this day, she's still my favorite teacher.

    This was my first year playing Football and I ended up loving it. I played Quarterback because no one else wanted to do it.
  • JAMJAKS (D)

    The JAMJACKS were the group of friends I hung out with in Middle School. The name is derived from the first letter of each person. As of today, I'm still in contact with them except for one.
  • Select Basketball

    I was chosen to play for the Select Basketball team for Alma Matter, Everett High. The people I played Baseball with were also on the team so we already had the chemistry.
  • First Crush

    My first crush was this girl named, Lauren Kesterson. She was a twin and we liked eachother but once summer came around and eigth grade happened it was over.
  • Track and Field (D)

    I turned out for the Track and Field team for Evergreen and after a couple weeks, I was hooked and I knew in high school that I was gonna do this instead of Baseball.
  • Select Baseball

    I tried out and made the Select Baseball team from Everett, sponsered by the Rage Cage (Batting Cage company). This was the most fun I had playing baseball because we traveled everywhere in Washington.
  • Graduation

    Graduating from 8th grade was a big step knowing that there were 2 different High Schools I could of chosen from. It was bittersweet to see friends chose the other school. Half of the JAMJACKS went to Cascade and the other went to Everett, including me.

    My first day of High School at Everett High, I didn't know what to expect from it but I also had my older brother, who was a senior at the time, help me out.

  • First Girlfriend

    My first girlfriend was someone in the same grade as me and we started dating after the Sadie Hawkins dance, but it didn't last long.
  • Fantasy Football

    This was the first time me and a group of friends started doing Fantasy Football and now it's a yearly, competitive thing. This group consist of many of my close friends now and my brothers.
  • Shawn

    I met Shawn my Junior year through Michael. We had a lot of similarities and connected off the bat. He helped me like the game of basketball because he was the one who suggested playing basketball at lowell during the spring.
  • Lowelll Basketball

    By the end of Sophomore year me and a couple friends started playing basketball every weekend at the local elementary school till the end of Senior year.
  • Brother going to NAVY (D)(T)

    My oldest brother, Khristian left for the NAVY in the summer. This affected my life because he was the biggest influence in my life. We spoke a lot to eachother about anything and he helped me grow as an adult.
  • Oldest Brother's Graduation

    My oldest brother, Khristian, was the first to graduate from college from our immediate family. With him graduating, it influenced me to get my college degree and start supporting my family ASAP.
  • Gabe and Ali

    Gabe and Ali were my closest friends during my sophomore year, we had a lot of clases together and they helped me get through sophomore year as I did the same for them.
  • Running Start

    I started doing running Running Start at the start of Junior year, I wanted to leave the High School and the drama but I ended up doing part-time only.
  • Sports Hiatus (T)

    I took a break from playing Football for my High School because of some situations that happened the year before. This made me drift away from friends more.
  • Lunch Group

    I had a close knit of friends during Junior year where we always go to lunch together. These were the people outside of the 3-5 people that were close to me.
  • Senior Year

    The start of my Senior year, I knew was going to go by fast. I enjoyed almost every day of it. One of my memorable years of education.
  • Grandma Leaving (T)

    My grandma leaving was very traumatic for me. She left before my graduation and before my older brother came back from the Navy. Also the because of her departure, there's now tension between my parents and aunts and uncles.
  • Rejection (T)

    The day I go rejected admission from UDUB was the day I didn't know what to do. Both my older brothers went to UDUB and the expectation for me was to do the same and not getting accepted; I thought I had disappointed my parents.

    Graduation day was a bittersweet moment. This changed my life drastically because I knew that a whole other life ahead of me. At this time I knew what I wanted to study but wasn't sure how to get there.

  • Trip to Philippines Part 3 (D)

    The 3rd trip to the Philippines was a memorable one because at this age (18), I could remember the places, faces, and things around me. With that in mind, it gave me a whole new perspective of the life in the Philippines and how we, people in the US, take what's given to us for granted while those who don't have much cherish every bit of it and be happy about it.
  • New Year, New Start, New Legacy (D)

    I started a new legacy in the family by studying at EvCC. At first I wanted to major in a Transfer Degree for Physical Therapy, but as the second quarter came around I decided to change it.
  • First Job

    The first job I had was at a custom t-shirt making company called Screen Printing Northwest & Embroidery. I knew the owner of the company because I went to school with his daughter and we were in the same grade. I worked there till about April the next year.
  • Nursing (D)

    Around this time, I had a conversation with my parents about what I wanted to do. I wanted to help people, importantly get into the medical field. So we discussed multiple options, and I decided that I would start out doing Nursing then going back to school and become a Physical Therapist once I'm finacially stable.
  • Hoopfest

    My first road trip with a couple of my closest friends, Michael and Shawn, to Spokane to play in the largest 3on3 Basketball Tournament in the NW. This was a great experience because it made us learn how to be finacially ready for long trips, and that our basketball skills weren't as good as we thought.
  • Chelan

    Last summer was the first time I went to Chelan. It was with Michael and Shawn, and Shawn's parents rented a condo down there that we stayed in. We stayed down there for a week and enjoyed the little things that don't last forever like seeing a clear colorful sunset over the mountains.
  • Second Job

    My second and current job right now is at General Brushless Car Wash on Evergreen Way here in Everett. I got this job because Michael worked there and put in a good word for me to the boss.
  • Sophomore Year

    My second year in College, I would say, IS my most important year. This is because I would finish up my pre-reqs for Nursing and apply for Fall Quarter to different Nursing schools in the Seattle Area which will take a huge step into my future.
