Summer 2017
I can't really remember the specific date in which this happened but it was summer in 2017 me and my neighborhood friends were out side tillt he streets lights came out just playing around doing random stuff. We decided to start racing against each other and my mom came outside to tell us we must come inside soon. We asked her to race one of us and we had her race against the "fastest" boy on our block as soon as we said go my mom ran about 2 inches and fell straight on the ground. Funniest day! -
Passing the Torch
In 7th grade my school had this achievement or honor for the #1 top girl and #1 top boy in the 7th grade class to attend the 8th grade graduation and be passed of the torch by the valedictorian and the salutatorian. I was chosen as the top girl in my 7th grade class so I had to memorize a speech,dress up, etc. It felt crazy to be able to feel like your graduating but your not actually graduating. -
8th Grade Luncheon
We were reaching the end of our middle school year so they started having a lot of activities planned out for the 8th graders. One of them being our luncheon it was my first real time of dressing up and getting nails,etc. The school took us to navy pier to get on this fancy boat and at first I didn't expect to have a good time but once they started playing music and I started to interact with other people I actually had a lot of fun. -
First Day of High School
Becoming a freshman was one of my most scariest / anxious moments of my 4 years here. I was so nervous but excited to finally be in a new environment and meet new friends , which I did. Although I was uneasy a bit I enjoyed every minute of the experience. -
Going to Ohio for my best friend's 16th birthday
Me and my bestfriend had been planning for a while for me to take a bus to see her but it always interfered with our schedules. So finally around the time of her sweet 16 , me and her mom booked me a grey hound ticket so I could surprise her. After a long 10 hour ride , I was finally reunited with my friend and we enjoyed our short amount of time together. -
Getting my first real job at Pizza Hut
Since I was 15 I had always wanted a job so I could have money on my own. My oldest sister was working at Pizza Hut then, but she told me that her GM said I had to be 16. As soon as I turned 16 on August 30 I applied and not that long later I was told I got the job. -
Going to China Town w my Friends
Me and my friends always say were going to make plans to hangout with each other but never follow through with it. We finally met up one day and took the bus and train to China Town. On our way there we met a cr*ck head , seen some mice, etc. Once we arrived we walked for a minute then we walked a long street to go to this restaurant called " Happy Lamb Hot Pot". We didn't have a long wait and the hot pot was delicious , especially the egg rolls. To complete the day we made tiktoks and went dt. -
The Birth of my Niece
I was at my sister and her baby daddy's house while they were out running errands. After waking up a few times I got good news that they were heading to the hospital because of my sister contractions. I fell back to sleep waiting on the call and as soon as I woke up again my sister had finally pushed little avah out. -
4th of July
As everyone already knows 4th of july is typically when a lot of people pops fireworks, and enjoy the firework shows as we celebrate out independence. Last 4th of July I went to my cousin and her baby dads house. It was a little bit boring at first but once they started lighting all the fireworks packs they bought I started to enjoy myself. What made the night fun tho was after the party my aunt dropped us off at my sister bd brother's house and we were in an empty lot popping fireworkshavingfun -
17th Birthday
Almost every year my birthday comes around I typically end up not doing anything. Even last year for my 16th I didn't end up doing anything so I promised myself with the job I have I was going to save and treat myself. I went out downtown with my friends and sisters and ended the night having a great time.
