-
I was born on March 6, 2004 in a hospital in Incheon, Korea.
I am a little big at 3.6kg, but I was born healthy.
Mom and Dad were busy working at banks and airports.
So when I was young, my grandmother raised it.
My parents said I laughed well. -
The church I attended in Korea was a small church.
So most of the church members knew each other well.
I had attended children's worship at the time.
I was popular with my teacher because of my extrovert personality.
And on the birthday of Jesus, I went forward with cakes and held a candlelight event in front of all the church members. -
The church I attended went on Bible study trips for students every summer.
It was not a place related to the Bible, it was just a group trip with students.
I was able to concentrate better as I heard the sermons I had always heard in church in a different place.
There was a past pastor who had the same name as me.
I am grateful to my parents for allowing me to experience these various things. -
Korea enters elementary school at the age of eight.
I was nervous but I made friends quickly because I like to play.
I enjoyed doing my homework so much, and I loved class with the teachers.
I've never had a fight with a friend in the picture.
I think this is the time when I played the most in my life. -
It was the first time I went there with my friends who were not my family.
We wore animal headbands and ate delicious snacks and played from morning to evening.
Because it did not rain, we could ride many different rides.
I knew that I was good at scary rides that day.
I still have polaroid pictures of that time. -
I started dancing at my mother's recommendation.
I liked dancing so much.
And I was a good dancer.
So I joined the dance crew.
It was so hard but I had a great time. -
It was the most beautiful firework festival I have ever seen.
I wanted to see it up close, but there were so many people that I saw it through the window of the hotel nearby.
I could feel the vibration of the fireworks by putting my ear to the window.
In 2016, the Japanese team, the Spanish team and the Korean team produced fireworks with their respective themes.
If I make a lot of money later on, it's a place I really want to see again. -
Halloween is not a big event in Korean schools.
But I really wanted to wear Halloween costume.
At that time, I wanted to wear Harley Quinn costume because the movie character Harley Quinn was popular.
So I asked my friends to dye my hair with pastel.
Thanks to my friends, I had a fun Halloween. -
It was my first graduation in my life.
It was more interesting than sad.
I expected what flowers I would get from my parents.
Because I had never received flowers from my parents before that day.
I could not believe that I would be a middle school student, but I ended my elementary school life in a great way. -
I became a middle school student who I thought would never be.
The first moment seems to be trembling, whatever.
I had a lot of worries about my career.
Besides, I had a lot of worries about my grades because I danced more than studying.
Fortunately, God helped me, I was able to make good friends and keep good grades. -
That was my first dance contest.
I practiced hard and get bruises on my knees with the dance team members.
We were even more nervous on the day of the finals because we finished second in the qualification round.
The moment the host announced the first prize, we all cried.
It is a moment I will never forget. -
We went on a school trip together in middle school.
We were all excited.
A week before I went, I decided what to do with my friends.
Some friends wanted to buy pretty clothes for the day.
We had a good trip without a major accident. -
There are many group singers in Korea.
And they show a variety of performances without getting tired because there are many people on stage.
That was the first time I went to a performance by my favorite singer.
It was hard because of the rain.
But I seem to have forgotten that it is hard because to see my favorite singers in person. -
In fact, I have been to a place close to the United States.
It was to experience the opposite Western culture.
I went to Niagara Falls and bought maple syrup.
In addition, I watched many famous competitions and had many activities such as eating and going to the museum.
I can't say that I experienced all of Canadian culture, but it was a really fun time. -
My sister speaks Japanese very well.
She majored in Japanese in a foreign language high school.
So my sister and I went on a trip to Japan during the summer vacation.
Without a guide or a translator!
It was the moment when my sister was proud. -
My sister really likes animals.
She once dreamed of becoming a veterinarian.
And my sister and I wanted to raise a puppy.
But we couldn't raise it because of mom's opposition.
And one day mom and dad brought a cute puppy!
(He's name is LUKY) -
There are many unique things to play in Korea.
The most unique thing I have ever done was to dress up and take pictures like a bride.
Was it a special day? Never!
My sister told my mom that there was something like this, and she was amazed and asked me to do it.
I did it in an unexpected way, but it was satisfying. -
I just graduated from elementary school, and I felt like I was graduating from middle school.
I almost cried this time, but I didn't cry.
When I became a middle school student, I think I was able to recognized Important person.
I met friends who can be polite to others, and I met a boyfriend who has similar values.
Above all, I realized the importance of family. -
I never thought about studying abroad.
Because I like math and I did not like learning other languages.
So my mom made me come to America.
She was worried that my English was not improving.
I don't know what's going to happen, but I like America. -
Before I went to America to study, my family went on a trip to Vietnam.
It was a place called Danang and the weather was very warm.
I liked the place very much because I like hot places more than cold places.
Vietnamese people were very kind and the food was delicious.
I want to go to another city in Vietnam again.
