    Constantine was a Roman Emperor. He rebuilt the city of Byzantine and named it Constantinople after himself. He made it the capital of the Byzantine Empire.

    Justinian wanted to bring back the former glory of Rome. During his rule the Hagia Sophia was built and Justinian's Code was created.
