    The first month of the year, In my opinion I think it's one of the most challenging months. Its hard to stay on a steady schedule, trying to stay fit. But January IS THAT MONTH ! This is the month that will push you/ help you all at the same time. The frist step is becoming a member at some type of fitness center.

    In this month you want to be healthy, but you also want to be safe. Make sure you get your monthly check up, and make sure your not "over doing" things. Being healty and fit is a very good thing, but you have to make sure your not working your body too much.
  • Rock That Health

    GREEN ! GREEN ! GREEN ! Eating a lot of greens can be helpful, but you have to watch your greens. Not all greens are helpful. Store bought lettuce isn't as healthy as you think. You have to think about the things that have been sprayed and processed into that lettuce. Apples, Asparagus, Turnips, Cabbage, Broccoli, etc. things of that nature are very good for you, in case you didnt know greens help cleanse you.

    Help others get fit, join a fitness club. Spread the word throughout your community, let others know that it can be fun and interesting to stay it, and prepare for summer.

    Kool-Aid is good. Its not really healthy though, depending on the amount of sugars you use. In my opinion the smarter way to make a refreshing drink is to start from scratch.

    The best fruit of all time would be the pineapple. Its good and juicy, nice and healthy.

    Homemade chips sprinkled with sea salt. When the fall festivals hit town, the first thing that comes to mind is some good food. Believe it or not, but the homemade twisted chips that the consession stands make are pretty healthy, as long as you use sea salt.
