A time that I witnessed a CPR procedure is practicing on a dummy where my mom works. The experience was fun but also intense. There was a lot of steps to it . But when you are doing it you can't be nervous & scared. -
The procedures of CPR
The procedures of CPR are
1. Tap on there shoulder and ask " are you okay "
2. Call 911
3. Preform the cpr until the ambulance gets there
4. Open the airway
5. Push on there chest hard & fast
6. Deliver rescue breath -

At my experience it was a 1 hour lesson. My mom just wanted me to learn but I am not CPR certified. I am getting that this summer. They laid the dummy down and showed me how to do it . Then I did it. We went through it a couple times on each dummy , (adult, child, baby " the baby was more scary than the others to me .
