    My Life

  • My 20s

    My 20s
For this time in my life I plan to make diet and exercise my main priority by doing meal prep for the week and working out daily. I need to also keep up my water intake. I will not excessively tan in order to prevent wrinkles later in life, and I will regularly go to the doctor. A main priority will be hygiene and sexual health. It will still be important for me to get enough sleep (7-10 hours).
  • My 30s

    My 30s
During this decade of my life it will still be important for me to eat healthily and workout regularly. I may be starting a family at this point so my emotional stability, mental stability and financial stability will be essential. I will continue to prevent accidents by wearing my seatbelt and taking basic afety precautions. I may need to visit the doctor more regularly when pregnant, and then afterwards. There are other factors I need to be aware of like my eye sight and hearing.
  • My 40s

    My 40s
This decade will probably be the most stressful one because I will have teenage children. I will have to work to manage my stress because of home and work responsibilities. I will most likely need fewer check-up than when I was pregnant, but I will still need some to check on the quality of my senses (hearing, seeing). Health concerns may be more prominant in this time such as problems with weight, cholesterol, blood pressure, etc.
  • My 50s

    My 50s
This decade should be less stressful, but I'll have to start taking into account my physical and emotional health once more. I should be eating a healthy diet still and working out regularly to keep a healthy metabolism and BMI. I'll need to be getting decent sleep and also challenging my mind mentally to stay sharp as I am aging. There will be more health risks such as cancer, high blood pressure, low cholesterol and I'll also be experiencing menopause.
  • My 60s

    My 60s
During this decade I will most need to be aware of possible health concerns such as stroke, heart attack, cancer, arthiritis, etc. I will need to focus most on keeping a healthy heart by eating healthily, working out consistently and sleeping. I will need to challenge myself mentally to stay sharp as well. Doctor visits will be more frequent at this point and it may be necessary for me to take prescription medicine. I will need to get vaccinations and get procedures done (colonoscopy).
