Find time to exercise regularly. Most of us know that regular exercise has a number of health benefits. It can help us look and feel better, improve our mood, and lower our risk for heart disease, certain types of cancer (including breast cancer) and osteoporosis (bone loss).

Keep Your Heart Strong- If you're healthy and active, you will likely get a lot more miles out of your ticker. Grab your swimsuit, bike or running shoes and get moving.

Save Your Skin-Your skin is drier, so you're less likely to suffer from unsightly breakouts.They're usually treatable with hormone-replacement therapy. Preserve Your Senses-Stay away from loud noises, eat a well-balanced diet (which can help ward off some age-related eye disorders) and see a doctor immediately if you notice that your senses of smell or taste diminish significantly.
