    Developing a habit isn't easy, it takes time to get used to a habit. A habit is something you regularly do subconsciously that is hard to give up. An example would be checking your phone first thing when you wake up or always finding yourself playing on your phone when you should be doing homework or something of importance.

    Good habits that I have are brushing my teeth twice a day, doing laundry twice a week, and change my bedding every 3 weeks. go to the gym 5 out of 7 days, drink a gallon of water everyday, etc.

    I have more bad habits than good. my bad habits consist of hanging out, gaming, procrastination, and bad time management. I'm still learning to break out of these habits and my advice if you have habits like mine is to practice meditation or workout especially if you are under stress and find motivation to avoid doing activities that will get you side tracked.

    to keep a habit going get rid of all distractions, work on one task at a time. start making schedule and deadlines, do the hardest thing first, be aware of your situation, and don't give up.

    when trying to break out of bad habits it's important to start small and not be overwhelmed, find the motivation to break out of the bad habit, have a reasonable goal in mind, ask for support either from friend, family or counsoler.
