    first what you always want to do is to strech, make sure that you do a lot of leg and arm streches, next, you swing your arm up and down to get a lot of momentum, then you jump, next you place your arms down on the floor and kick your leds over fairly quickly and then finish off with your arms in the air. if feel uncomterable with this, then pratice doing a back bridge and quickly kick over with your leds toghther and do it faster and faster every time. good luck!!!
