    Today marks the first day of my goal! I plan to save $350 for a new Playstation 4 by saving $50 from each monthly paycheck before using it on any other expense for the next 7 months.

    I just recieved by first paycheck today. Here goes the first 50 dollars toward the new PS4.

    I just got my second paycheck today. I now have $100 total going toward that new gaming system.

  • 150 Smackeroos

    The third paycheck just came in the mail! I'm at $150 which is a bit over a third of the way done. Time has been just flying by.

    I accidentally broke the screen of my chromebook. That would have run me about 70 dollars, but my parents agreed to cover me since they know I'm saving. I'm lucky because that expense would have pushed back my goal time.

  • Fourth Paycheck/Reward

    I have received my fourth paycheck today and my parents took me out to eat at Applebee's to celebrate being over half way done.

    My fifth paycheck just came my way today. That means a total of $250 which is a bit over two-thirds of the way to the goal.

    I have been having car troubles and it ended up dying on me. The repair was $100 bills so I had to take the $50 toward the PS4 and put it toward the car. My parents offered to pay, but they already paid for the chromebook issue so I am going to take the fall for this one. That sets me back a month though.

    I got my sixth paycheck, but since the car troubles set me back I just got up to $250. Two more months to go, and then I will have my PS4.

    I have obtained my seventh check today and hopefully with all the bad luck behind me, I will have the money by the end of next month. That check makes $300 for me.

    Woohoo! I just received my last paycheck needed to have the $350 for the PS4. I feel very accomplished at this moment.

    I just bought my new PS4 with the $350 I saved up. It was a bit of a bumpy road, but it all worked out in the end. Now I can look forward to the next goal I set.
