Gahandi was born somewhere in Porbandar, near Bombay in 1869. -
After returning to India, Gandhi became the person who started the Natal Indian Congress to create a peaceful protest for Indian rights. -
In 1906, Gandhi was the creator of the peaceful protests against anti Asian laws, declaring he would rather die than obey them. -
Although Gandhi’s enemy were the British, he still formed an ambulance corps for them to heal after WW1. -
This is the year that Gandhi became the head of the National Congress political party. -
In 1920, Gandhi held yet another peaceful rebellion against the British by influencing other Indians to make their own goods, and to boycott British products. -
This was the year Gandhi was imprisoned for protesting on an unfair salt tax. -
This was the year Gandhi had resigned from leader of the party. -
All thanks to Gandhi’s efforts and peaceful protests, India finally received it’s well deserved independence. -
Unfortunately, this was the year of Gandhi’s death. He was brutally assassinated by an insane religious mad man.
