Max meets Kevin for the first time. Which he didn't know him and thought he was strange. -
Chapter 5
The Fair Gwen thought of Max being like Kane. So she reacted in a way that hurt Max's feelings. -
Chapter 6
It's the 4th of July and Max gets to go with Kevin to see the fireworks without an adult for the first time. Though, Tony D. is with his gang and gets in the way for a bit. -
Chapter 9
So when Freak is riding on Max's shoulders, Kevin tells him to go to the hospital. He tells Max that he is going to have bionic legs soon. Which gave Kevin hope for the worst. -
Chapter 11
When Freak and Max are on their adventure, they finally meet Loretta and Iggy Lee. -
Chapter 14
Max's dad is released on parole, and Max doesn't really like the way he had met him. -
Chapter 22
So it's the 1st birthday of Freak the Mighty and Freak is on his computer. While Max is doing dishes, Freak soon has a seizure. Which puts me in suprise because this shouldn't have happened at all. -
Chapter 24
Max really wants to see Freak right away. So, he rushes to the hospital and he asks the nurse if Freak is back from his operation. When he finds out Kevin died, he goes nuts. Max is confused and in total disbelief. This isn't one of my favorites but is one of the most hard-hitting events. -
