Many countries in Africa have very little wealth from when they crippling taxes when they were under rule from the French. A large portion of the citizens in the old colonies still speak french because of the reform schools that Africans were forced into attending. Another big legacy left behind for the Africans is the boarders created by European country that constantly cause trouble.
