First day of kindergarten
On the first day of kindergarten, I met my best friend, Blaise. We were both in Mrs. Crow's class and we stood beside each other during the Pledge of Allegiance. We introduced ourselves to each other and instantly became friends. Now we live really close to each other and we like to hammock together a lot! -
My best friend moved away.
In kindergarten I had a best friend and her name was Emma Grace. We literally hung out with each other all of the time and my best memories were with her. One day, she told me that she was moving so we had a "move away party" for her but it wasn't that great because I was losing my best friend. It was a hard time for me because she was my go-to person. I have learned that losing a friend is hard but it will happen and you have to be prepared for things like that and trust that god will provide! -
I became a Christian
Me and my sister, Kelsey, decided we wanted to be a follower of Christ. We dedicated our life to Jesus and I was in the 3rd grade. A month later, we got baptized at Second Baptist Church and we have been going there our whole life. -
My little sister was born
Kelsey and Macy were born when I was young but Miley is five years old. I have really learned to take care of little kids such as changing diapers, feeding them food, etc. It has really shaped me as a person because I have 3 sisters and I "babysit" them a lot while my mom is out and getting things done. -
I went to Brookhill
Brookhill is a summer church camp that I have been going to for about 3 years now. The first year I went, I was going into the 6th grade. I had already dedicated my life to Christ but I was never actually doing what the Bible says. At brookhill, I rededicated my life and started over as a new follower. I have been going ever since and it has truly changed my life!
