in 1938 the government stated that you can have holiday pay which gave people who where on minimum wage a chance to have a a fully paid week of work which came at an inconvenience because hours where reduced to 37 being compared to the 1950s where it was 50 hours and this was considered normal. and now it is a legal requirement to give staff paid holidays and most employees receive four weeks paid holidays a year -
Queen Victoria was one of the trend setters to go to the beach. People started to then realise that sea water carried minerals which are found in spa waters. piers also play a big part in beaches because they are nowadays an attraction because its good for families. -

this is a law is in place so that if your holiday wasn't how it was described to you and what you have payed for is completely different then whoever you booked it with is obliged to make it right and if they are unable to you will have to claim your money back. this can happen if you are not listening to the key things your travel agent is telling you or your not reading the website properly. This law is very important in the travel industry and get updated regularly. -
