Not Making the Team
Not making the baseball team made me realize that Im not good at everything. I should focus on things that I am good at and become better at those. This event also made me more resilient because after you dont achieve something it drove me to get back up and work even harder. -
First Job
This event made me a me realize that you dont always get handouts you have to work hard to earn your money. I think that this event made me a hardworker. It also made me a careful spender because it was my money and I knew exactly how much it was worth. -
Austira
Visiting family in Austria made me into a very thankful person. It changed me because I realized how blessed I am to have such a healthy family. Now I dont always take health and family for granted. -
Drivers License
Getting your license gives you more of a sense of individuality because you can go where you want by yourself. In a way you feel like an adult. I liked this feeling alot so I try to be more of an individual person and not try to be influenced by others around me. I try to do my work individually and make my own decisions. -
Philmont
Philmont is a backpacking trip to New Mexico for two weeks. You are hiking non-stop through the mountians. This trip made me very grateful. It made me grateful for nature and gave me a new understanding for it. Also, it made me realize that I can do anything if I set my mind to it. Therefore I like to take on big challenges. In a way it made me fearless of any obstacles. -
Conclusion
I am a grateful peron that is very thankful for my family and health because I have been blessed with a big, healthy family. I am very individual and determined. I appreciate nature and the money I have worked hard to earn. Getting my license, going to Austria, getting a job, and philmont have made me this way
