One day, my brother was chasing me around the house. We were running in the kitchen and I banged my head into the pointed part of the counter and it put a pretty deep hole in my head, I was bleeding all over my mom who was holding me on the floor while holding a towel to it with pressure. I was so surprised and in shock that I wasn't even really crying. I ended up having to get stitches and I didn't cry then either, but the whole time that happened I was just surprised as to what happened.

My family and I decided to climb the more challenging path on Mount Beacon. It was very rocky and steep, so we had to get on all fours and climb up. My mother thought we were going to die, even though I didn't think that, but it was definitely a struggle. After a long time, we finally reached the top, and the view was great. The hard work, was worth it. Then coming back down was even harder, we had to grab onto trees every time so we wouldn't fall and roll down.

My friend's family owned a pitbull and he was always kept in a cage because he was so vicious. One day, me and my friend were coming in from playing outside and the dog started charging at me. He bit my legs, and he was jumping on me and scratched all over. My friend's dad came running to get the dog off of me. I was bleeding and that day still scares me today.

One of my biggest successes was making the JV basketball team during freshmen and sophomore year. I only had just started playing basketball two years before that meanwhile everyone else had been playing since their toddler years. I worked hard to get on the team so I was very happy when I had made it. I also won MVP my sophomore year. But then I never tried out for varsity because I started working which took up most of my afterschool time.

In Freshman year, I failed my geometry regents by 2 points. That was probably one of the hardest exams I ever had to take. Every time I tried to study, nothing stuck with me. The good thing was that I still passed the class, so I still got the credit. It's just not fair how the regents put topics that we were not taught. And the regents try to trick the kids in my opinion. I did learn however, that I should've went to more extra help sessions, and asked more questions.

It was going to be my first concert ever, and It was one of my favorite artists. I asked my parents and they said no at first because of a lot of reasons. I kept up my guard because I knew I was going to that concert. Everyday I would bring up all the points as to why I should go, and they finally said yes. It was one of the best days of my life with my two friends, and I love music so to go to a concert, It is really life changing.

When I had my first job, I quit after one week because it was just the worst job ever, and since it was my first job it terrified me from getting another one because I thought all jobs would be like that one. After a year or two I finally decided I need to get a job because I have to save up for a car and I just needed money. I finally got my next job at acme and I like it. My coworkers are nice and it just fits me. I've now been working there for almost a year and I'm proud of myself.

One day during summer, I went to Jones Beach with my best friend. We were in the water all day, having so much fun. Then, one giant wave came and knocked us both over. I stood up, and I saw my top bathing suit had came off. I rushed back into the water, and luckily I found it and put it back on under the water. But it was still embarrassing, and I don't know if anyone saw.

During my quarantine, I decided to buy a hamster because I was bored and I wanted to cuddle with him, and play with him. At first, he was doing good by letting me pick him up, but one night he bit me so hard and I tried pulling him off but it made him bite even harder. I was traumatized from that and now I don't want to touch him again. I let him alone for a few days, and now I've been trying to get him to warm up to me again but It's not that easy because I am scared he'll bite me again.
