1) This tells me that alot of the events leading up to Lennies death were building up and intensifying the dramatic event of Lennies death mainly because of the mixed emotions i get when reading the last chapter. It's all leading up to a big crazy twist at the end of the book. It's supposed to schock you and leave you hanging and suspensful. A real thriller story.
