    Speaking a different language at two!
    My mom used to tell me i was a fast learner at a young age. I soon learned to speak Spanish at age two.
  • First interest in music!

    I was young when I asked for my first set of bongos and my own keyboard. Now music is my talent and has earned me scholarships and college experience.

    Airplane ride to Florida!
    My first time riding on a plane was my first time out of state. But I haven't been on a plane since because I panicked, having to use the emergency panic bag.
  • Academic Team

    During my 5th grade year, i joined the Academic Team for writing. I would compete in different counties by writing essays, letters, memoirs, etc.
  • Church Camp

    In the summer of 2016, I spent a week in church camp. I listened to other people have their own ideas on Christianity, knowing that I don't go to church, I went to learn more.

    My 8th grade year, I earned 1st place in a competition with my flute. I started late but soon became a great player.
  • Washington D.C Trip!

    In Washington, I spent a lot of time observing places, with friends, that you don't usually see in Kentucky.

    Because I play the flute, I was asked by my teacher, with two others, to play a song for a professor. The three of us earned a proficient, but have grown and have learned more since then.
  • College

    During my time in college, I had to many things that i would be scared to do in school. I was on stage performing and I had to give speech to all the college students on why I came to MSU.
  • Placing and becoming 1st chair

    Placing and becoming 1st chair
    During this summer, I earned a scholarship for flute and was asked to spend a week at college to work with college students. I came back to school and now play first chair out of 11. I had also earned first place at the first Eastern Kentucky Flute competition.
