In 6th grade my reading class used to do "Popcorn reading" where a student would read the first paragraph and call on another student. I would always beg the person to call on me.

Before I started high school I applied to a Magnet school program which required me to be interviewed and take an exam. I was super nervous for my interview but my interviewer said I did a great job and I got accepted into the school.

My senior year in high school I had to perform a speech and call out names for students to receive their certificated for the Academy of Health and Human Services.
